The long-life hydraulic oil composition comprises, by mass, 0.01% -1.0% of amine antioxidants, 0.01% -1.0% of phenolic antioxidants, 0.01% -1.0% of antioxidant antiwear agents, 0.1% -1.0% of rust inhibitors, 0.01% -0.1% of metal deactivators, 0.01% -0.1% of anti-foaming agents and 95.8% -99.85% of base oil. The long-life hydraulic oil composition can effectively prolong the service life and the oil change period of hydraulic oil by adopting an antioxidant phenol-ammonia compound technology, and the oil product has excellent oxidation resistance, rust resistance, abrasion resistance, super-long service life and the like, particularly has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, can ensure that the service life of hydraulic equipment is prolonged in a severe working environment, and prolongs the oil change period.

Claims (13)
- 1. The long-life hydraulic oil composition is characterized by comprising, by mass, 0.01% -1.0% of an amine antioxidant, 0.01% -1.0% of a phenolic antioxidant, 0.01% -1.0% of an antioxidant antiwear agent, 0.1% -1.0% of an antirust agent, 0.01% -0.1% of a metal deactivator, 0.01% -0.1% of an anti-foaming agent and 95.8% -99.85% of base oil.
- 2. The long life hydraulic fluid composition of claim 1 wherein said amine antioxidant is an alkylated diphenylamine.
- 3. The long life hydraulic oil composition of claim 2 wherein said amine antioxidant is of the type antioxidant L57.
- 4. The long life hydraulic fluid composition of claim 1 wherein said phenolic antioxidant is 2, 6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol.
- 5. The long life hydraulic fluid composition of claim 1 wherein said antioxidant antiwear agent is zinc dialkylthiophosphate having a zinc content of not less than 5% and a phosphorus content of not less than 6%.
- 6. The long life hydraulic oil composition of claim 5 wherein said antioxidant antiwear agent is of the type antioxidant antiwear agent T203.
- 7. The long life hydraulic oil composition of claim 1 wherein said rust inhibitor is barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate having a barium content of not less than 10%.
- 8. The long life hydraulic oil composition of claim 1 wherein said rust inhibitor is of the type rust inhibitor T705.
- 9. The long life hydraulic fluid composition of claim 1 wherein said metal deactivator is a benzotriazole derivative.
- 10. The long life hydraulic fluid composition of claim 9 wherein said metal deactivator is the metal deactivator IRGAMET 39.
- 11. The long life hydraulic fluid composition of claim 1 wherein said anti-foaming agent is methyl silicone oil.
- 12. The long life hydraulic oil composition of claim 1 wherein said base oil is a hydrofinished base oil, said base oil being 500N in model number.
- 13. A method of preparing the long life hydraulic fluid composition of any one of claims 1-12 comprising the steps of: and uniformly mixing the amine antioxidant, the phenolic antioxidant, the antioxidant antiwear agent, the antirust agent, the metal deactivator, the anti-foaming agent and the base oil at 55-65 ℃ to obtain the long-life hydraulic oil composition.

Background The length of the oil change period is directly related to the cost of using the hydraulic oil, and is also the most critical influencing factor in the market of the hydraulic oil product, and the oxidation resistance, rust resistance and wear resistance of the hydraulic oil are the direct performances for determining the oil change period of the hydraulic oil. In the actual use process, the hydraulic oil is inevitably contacted with metal elements, and is oxidized under the actions of illumination, heat and oxygen, and a series of free radical oxidation reactions are generated when hydrocarbons in the hydraulic oil are contacted with air. The oxidation of hydraulic oil at normal temperature is very slow, i.e. the oxidation is not obvious at temperatures below 94 ℃ and at normal atmosphere, and when the temperature exceeds 94 ℃, the oxidation rate becomes more obvious, and the effect of the general temperature is that the oxidation rate is doubled every 10 ℃ rise. The Chinese patent application CN112592755A provides a high-efficiency ashless hydraulic oil complexing agent composition which can be used for blending ashless anti-wear hydraulic oil and has better anti-wear and anti-oxidation properties. At present, the universal HM antiwear hydraulic oil is used in a high-pressure plunger pump for a long time, more oxidized oil sludge is generated, the corrosion phenomenon of equipment is more common, the abrasion of the hydraulic oil is large, and the description of a long-service-life hydraulic oil composition developed for prolonging the oil change period performance characteristic is not found in the prior art.
