The diesel engine lubricating oil composition comprises base oil, a viscosity index improver, a detergent, an ionic liquid additive, an antioxidant antiwear multi-effect additive, an antioxidant, a dispersing agent, a pour point depressant and an anti-foaming agent, wherein the detergent comprises a magnesium salt detergent and a calcium salt detergent, and the ionic liquid additive is a quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid additive with a structure shown as a formula I. The lubricating oil composition disclosed by the invention has excellent oxidation resistance and wear resistance, meets the requirement of long oil change period of the lubricating oil of light equipment, and has excellent comprehensive performance.

- 1. The diesel engine lubricating oil composition with long service life and light load is characterized by comprising base oil, a viscosity index improver, a detergent, an ionic liquid additive, an antioxidant antiwear multi-effect additive, an antioxidant, a dispersing agent, a pour point depressant and an anti-foaming agent, wherein the detergent comprises a magnesium salt detergent and a calcium salt detergent, and the ionic liquid additive is a quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid additive with the following structure:

The diesel engine lubricating oil composition according to claim 1, wherein the diesel engine lubricating oil composition comprises, by mass, 74.3 to 87.5% of a base oil, 6 to 7.5% of a viscosity index improver, 0.8 to 1.3% of a magnesium salt detergent, 0.5 to 1.2% of a calcium salt detergent, 2 to 3% of an ionic liquid additive, 0.3 to 0.8% of an antioxidant antiwear multi-effect additive, 1.5 to 2.5% of an amine antioxidant, 1 to 1.7% of a phenolic antioxidant, 4 to 6% of a dispersant, 0.2 to 0.8% of a pour point depressant, and 0.02 to 0.06% of an anti-foaming agent.

The diesel engine lubricating oil composition according to claim 2, wherein the diesel engine lubricating oil composition comprises, by mass, 74.3 to 80.77% of a base oil, 6.5 to 7.2% of a viscosity index improver, 0.8 to 1.2% of a magnesium salt detergent, 0.7 to 1.2% of a calcium salt detergent, 2.3 to 3% of an ionic liquid additive, 0.3 to 0.6% of an antioxidant antiwear multi-effect additive, 1.8 to 2.3% of an amine antioxidant, 1.2 to 1.5% of a phenolic antioxidant, 4 to 4.8% of a dispersant, 0.3 to 0.8% of a pour point depressant, and 0.03 to 0.05% of an anti-foaming agent.

A diesel engine lubricating oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the base oil is a group III mineral base oil, the antioxidants include amine antioxidants and phenolic antioxidants, the viscosity index improver is a diene viscosity index improver, the antioxidant antiwear multi-effect additive is a long chain primary alkyl zinc dithiophosphate, the dispersant is a polyisobutene succinimide ashless dispersant, the pour point depressant is a polymethacrylate, and the anti-foaming agent is a composite anti-foaming agent.
- 5. The lubricating oil composition for diesel engines according to claim 4, wherein the amine antioxidant is selected from dialkyldiphenylamine and naphthylamine, and the phenolic antioxidant is selected from isooctyl 3, 5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxy-phenylpropionate.
- 6. The diesel engine lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the magnesium salt detergent is selected from the group consisting of magnesium alkyl salicylates and the calcium salt detergent is selected from the group consisting of low base number sulfurized calcium alkyl phenates.
- 7. A method for preparing a diesel engine lubricating oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of: (1) Adding base oil into a blending tank, and stirring; (2) Heating, adding a viscosity index improver, a detergent, an ionic liquid additive, an antioxidant antiwear multi-effect additive, an antioxidant, a dispersing agent and a pour point depressant, and continuously stirring; (3) Continuously heating, adding an anti-foaming agent, and continuously stirring to obtain the diesel engine lubricating oil composition.
- 8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the stirring temperature in the step (1) is room temperature, the stirring temperature in the step (2) is 40-50 ℃, and the stirring temperature in the step (3) is 60-80 ℃.
- 9. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the stirring time in the step (1) is 30-60min, the stirring time in the step (2) is 1-1.5h, and the stirring time in the step (1) is 30-60min.
- 10. Use of a diesel engine lubricating oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or a diesel engine lubricating oil composition prepared by a method of preparation according to any one of claims 7 to 9 in a light duty diesel engine installation.

Background The European light-load diesel commercial vehicle has higher and higher proportion in short-distance logistics transportation means, and equipment manufacturers generally recommend the use of a light-load engine loader in European standard ACEA specification, and the standard oil change mileage is about 1.5 ten thousand kilometers. The main characteristics of light-load diesel engine equipment are considered, such as long-life engine oil (target 3 ten thousand kilometers) needs to be developed, ① working temperature is high, power density is high, high-temperature detergency is required, ② EGR technology is introduced to enable more combustion exhaust gas to be recovered into a combustion chamber, more soot and acidic substances are brought, an oil product is required to have better soot dispersion performance and acid neutralization capability, ③ ash is limited, the oil change mileage is prolonged, the addition amount of an antiwear agent and a detergent dispersant needs to be balanced, and the screening requirement on a basic oil additive is high. ACEA light-load engine oil does not have long oil change performance, main functional additives are reinforced and optimized according to an ATC low-dose principle in a formula system, and the special long-service-life light-load diesel engine oil for the OEM is formed and needs to pass bench and driving test of the OEM. In recent years, the ionic liquid additive is widely applied to lubricating oil, and compared with the traditional additive, the ionic liquid additive has better extreme pressure, wear resistance and antifriction capability, has no pungent smell and small corrosiveness, and has the potential of replacing the traditional antiwear additive. The ashless ionic liquid additive is selected, so that not only can the abrasion resistance of the oil product be improved, but also the intake of metal ash can be reduced, and a tail gas aftertreatment device is protected, so that the additive is an ideal high-performance additive for clean energy-saving light-load diesel engine oil. The composition has the characteristics of good low-temperature performance, long oil change period and the like, the oil change mileage exceeds 15 ten thousand kilometers, the oil change frequency of vehicles can be reduced, the cost of clients is saved, and the environment is protected. The Chinese patent CN111117748B discloses an energy-saving long-life low ash diesel engine oil composition which comprises a complexing agent, a viscosity index improver, an antioxidant, a pour point depressant and base oil. Wherein the complexing agent contains salicylate. The composition has lower ash content, excellent base number retention, high-temperature oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance while protecting a DPF (diesel particulate filter) aftertreatment device of a motor, can provide excellent protection for a national VI emission engine, has longer service life, and can effectively prolong the oil change period. The invention adopts traditional additives in a heavy-load diesel vehicle formula system, and selects proper ash content to design an oil formula through metering calculation. However, no report exists at present on the reduction of ash content of oil products and the long-time antiwear performance of the oil products by replacing part of metal antiwear agents by utilizing the antiwear effect of ionic liquid additives in the oil products of light-load diesel vehicles. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides a diesel engine lubricating oil composition with long service life and light load, which selects ionic liquid additives to be matched with traditional additives such as a detergent, an antiwear agent, an antioxidant and the like, and the obtained lubricating oil has proper ash content, and the characteristics of stable structure, high effective components and capability of effectively maintaining the antiwear performance of the oil product are utilized by utilizing the ionic liquid additives, so that the requirement of long oil change period of equipment light-weight equipment is met.
