The lubricating oil composition for the multi-gear gearbox comprises, by mass, 2.0% -4.5% of viscosity index improver, 0.01% -0.08% of detergent, 4.5% -7.0% of dispersant, 0.3% -1.0% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.05% -0.3% of rust inhibitor, 0.3% -1.5% of antioxidant, 0.01% -0.2% of metal passivator, 0.3% -1.5% of cross-linking agent, 0.01% -0.03% of anti-foaming agent and the balance of base oil. The crosslinking agent of the composition adopts trimethylolpropane tri (1H-imidazole-1-acetate), so that the abrasion resistance of the oil product is effectively enhanced, the friction coefficient is reduced, the friction durability is improved, and the effects of prolonging the endurance mileage and prolonging the service life of hardware are achieved.

Claims (14)
- 1. The multi-gear gearbox lubricating oil composition is characterized by comprising, by mass, 2.0% -4.5% of viscosity index improver, 0.01% -0.08% of detergent, 4.5% -7.0% of dispersant, 0.3% -1.0% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.05% -0.3% of antirust agent, 0.3% -1.5% of antioxidant, 0.01% -0.2% of metal passivating agent, 0.3% -1.5% of cross-linking agent, 0.01% -0.03% of anti-foaming agent and the balance of base oil.
- 2. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the viscosity index improver is a polymethacrylate.
- 3. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the detergent is selected from one or both of a high base number sulfurized alkylphenol salt and a thiosulfate salt.
- 4. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is bis-succinimide.
- 5. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the extreme pressure antiwear agent is a mixture of dialkyl dithiophosphate and butyl triphenyl thiophosphate.
- 6. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 5, wherein the mass ratio of dialkyldithiophosphate to butyltriphenyl thiophosphate is 4 to 6:1.
- 7. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is selected from one or both of dodecenyl succinic acid and alkenyl succinic acid half esters.
- 8. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is selected from one or both of octyl/amyl diphenylamine, octyl substituted diphenylamine and high molecular weight phenolic antioxidants.
- 9. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the metal deactivator is a 2, 5-dithio-1, 3, 4-saixadiazole derivative.
- 10. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent is trimethylolpropane tris (1H-imidazole-1-acetate).
- 11. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the anti-foaming agent is a silicon-type and non-silicon type compound T922.
- 12. The multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition of claim 1, wherein the base oil is one or more of a group II hydrogenated base oil and a group III hydrogenated base oil.
- 13. A method of preparing a multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising the steps of: Adding the base oil into a blending kettle, adding the rest raw materials, and stirring for 2-3 hours at 65-75 ℃ to obtain the multi-gear gearbox lubricating oil composition.
- 14. Use of a multi-speed transmission lubricating oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 12 for the preparation of a transmission lubricating oil.
