  1. 1. The biodegradable hydraulic oil composition is characterized by comprising 20-37 wt% of ester oil, 62-79.9 wt% of refined vegetable oil and 0.1-1 wt% of demulsifier, wherein the total weight of the ester oil, the refined vegetable oil and the demulsifier is 100 wt%, and the preparation method of the refined vegetable oil comprises the steps of preloading nanocapsules with antioxidants serving as cores in activated clay, loading the activated clay preloaded with the nanocapsules into deacidified oil, and filtering to obtain the refined vegetable oil.
  2. 2. The biodegradable hydraulic oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the weight ratio of the activated clay to the nanocapsules whose inner cores are antioxidants is 8-12:1.

The biodegradable hydraulic oil composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the nanocapsules whose inner core is an antioxidant are SiO 2 @ tocopherol nanocapsules, and the SiO 2 @ tocopherol nanocapsules are prepared by dissolving tocopherol in ethanol, adding aqueous solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to the tocopherol dissolved in ethanol to mix, forming an emulsion, adding dropwise a mixed solution of tetraethyl orthosilicate and aqueous ammonia to the emulsion, and then centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain SiO 2 @ tocopherol nanocapsules.
  4. 4. The biodegradable hydraulic fluid composition according to claim 3, characterized in that said tocopherol, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and ethyl orthosilicate are used in a ratio of 8~12 g:1~3 g:18~22 mL.

The biodegradable hydraulic oil composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method of refined vegetable oil further comprises heating vegetable oil to 48-52 ℃ and adding phospholipase before loading the nanocapsule-loaded activated clay to deacidified oil, then adjusting the pH value to 4.8-5.2 for enzymolysis reaction to obtain enzymolysis oil, and performing supercritical CO 2 extraction deacidification on the enzymolysis oil to obtain deacidified oil, wherein the condition of the supercritical CO 2 extraction deacidification is that the temperature of an extraction kettle is 40-50 ℃, the pressure is 10-15 MPa, the temperature of a separation kettle is 35-45 ℃ and the pressure is 6-10 MPa.

The biodegradable hydraulic oil composition according to claim 5, characterized in that the refined vegetable oil is prepared by further subjecting the deacidified oil to molecular distillation under the conditions of a feed temperature of 170-190 ℃ and a vacuum degree of 0.1-0.15 Pa before loading the nanocapsule-preloaded activated clay to the deacidified oil, then mixing the distillate with hydrogen, and reacting the mixture at 75-85 ℃ for 30-40 min through a nickel-based catalyst bed.
  7. 7. The biodegradable hydraulic oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the ester oil is a trihydroxy oleate and/or a monoglyceride oleate, the kinematic viscosity of the ester oil at 40 ℃ is 2-100 mm 2 /s, and the open flash point is not less than 200 ℃.
