Description

Cleaning liquid composition, cleaning agent, application of cleaning agent and method for cleaning aluminum plate curtain wall Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of high-altitude curtain wall cleaning, in particular to a cleaning liquid composition, a cleaning agent, application of the cleaning agent and a method for cleaning an aluminum plate curtain wall. Background In order to meet the requirements of modern building appearance, the aluminum plate curtain wall is widely applied to the field of building outer wall decoration due to the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and the like. However, aluminum curtain walls are susceptible to environmental factors, such as air pollution, rain impact, etc., resulting in surface deposition of dirt, affecting their appearance and performance. Periodic cleaning is a necessary maintenance task in order to keep the appearance of the aluminum curtain wall clean. At present, the common cleaning method is manual scrubbing by a spider man, and has low efficiency and high risk degree. However, the unmanned aerial vehicle is cleaned by adopting a non-contact cleaning mode, so that the safety is improved, but the aluminum plate curtain wall has the characteristics of water repellency and oil repellency, and the general cleaning agent is difficult to wet and difficult to achieve a good cleaning effect, so that the requirement on the cleaning agent is higher. At present, chemical agents used for cleaning aluminum plate curtain walls by unmanned aerial vehicles are multi-purpose glass curtain wall cleaning agents, and although dirt can be effectively removed, the problems of strong corrosiveness, large environmental pollution and the like exist. In addition, some cleaning agents may damage the surface of the aluminum curtain wall, affecting its performance and service life. The ideal cleaning agent for the aluminum plate curtain wall can effectively remove dirt and cannot damage the surface of the aluminum plate curtain wall. It is difficult for the cleaning agents currently on the market to meet these requirements simultaneously. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides a cleaning liquid composition, a cleaning agent, application of the cleaning agent and a method for cleaning an aluminum plate curtain wall. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, in one aspect, a cleaning liquid composition comprising a buffer, a double-stranded amphiphilic compound and a gelling agent, wherein the buffer is contained in an amount of 0.2 to 15g and the double-stranded amphiphilic compound is contained in an amount of 0.2 to 5g per gram of the gelling agent. According to the invention, the cleaning liquid composition containing the buffering agent, the double-chain amphiphilic compound and the gelling agent is adopted, so that dirt on the surface of the aluminum plate curtain wall can be effectively removed, and furthermore, when the contents of the buffering agent, the double-chain amphiphilic compound and the gelling agent in the cleaning liquid composition meet the above range, the cleaning effect on the aluminum plate curtain wall can be improved. In a second aspect the present invention provides a cleaning agent comprising a composition according to the first aspect and water in an amount of from 0.1 to 200g per 1 g of the composition. In a third aspect, the invention provides the use of a composition according to the first aspect or a cleaning agent according to the second aspect for cleaning aluminium sheet curtain walls. The fourth aspect of the invention provides a method for cleaning an aluminum curtain wall, wherein the method comprises the steps of spraying the cleaning agent in the second aspect on the aluminum curtain wall for cleaning, then spraying rinsing liquid on the aluminum curtain wall for rinsing, and finally spraying water on the aluminum curtain wall for rinsing. Through the technical scheme, the cleaning device can effectively remove dirt on the surface of the cleaning object (particularly an aluminum plate curtain wall) on the premise of not damaging the surface of the cleaning object, so that the service life of the cleaning object is prolonged under the condition of efficiently cleaning the object.
