Description

Fungus and actinomycete composite microbial agent for preventing and treating root rot and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly relates to a composite preparation of a Paenibacillus roseus strain and a Streptomyces coelicolor strain and application thereof. Background Root rot caused by Fusarium spp is a soil-borne disease with extremely strong destructiveness, seriously damages the production of commercial crops such as vegetables, melons and fruits, chinese herbal medicines, flowers and the like, causes root rot, plant wilting and even death, and causes huge economic loss. At present, the prevention and treatment of fusarium root rot mainly depend on chemical bactericides in agricultural production, but the long-term use of chemical agents leads to the problems of enhanced drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, pesticide residues, environmental pollution and the like, and certain potential safety hazards are caused for agricultural product production. The use of biocontrol microorganisms to inhibit pathogenic bacteria is an environmentally friendly and sustainable disease control strategy, and is also receiving increasing attention. Some biocontrol bacteria, such as bacillus, streptomyces and trichoderma, have been widely studied and play an important role in the green control of diseases. However, the current biocontrol practice for fusarium root rot still has a plurality of problems. Firstly, the bacteria inhibition and disease prevention capacities of strains from different sources are greatly different, and a high-efficiency strain can be obtained only by primary screening, secondary screening and multi-stage screening from a greenhouse to the field. Secondly, the stability of the biocontrol bacteria effect is needed to be solved. The soil environment is complex, and the field control effect of the biocontrol bacteria is unstable due to the influence of the bacteriostasis of the soil and other various factors, and the stable biocontrol effect can be obtained by digging the multifunctional bacterial strain to play a role in different action modes and different action sites. In addition, single bacterial strain often has limited biocontrol capability, and the combination of different types of biocontrol bacteria (such as fungi and bacteria) with biocompatibility can achieve higher disease prevention effect and realize complementary effect. The Saprolegnia rosea (Clonostachys rosea) is a hot spot of research in the field of biocontrol in recent years. The fungus can parasitic fusarium, sclerotinia sclerotiorum, rhizoctonia, botrytis cinerea and other plant pathogenic fungi, and can inhibit plant diseases in multiple modes of producing active substances, competing, inducing plant resistance and the like. In order to develop a biocontrol agent with stable action, improve the disease prevention effect, screen new biocontrol microorganism resources which have outstanding effects on fusarium root rot, promote plant growth and improve disease resistance, develop a composite microbial inoculum with synergistic action, provide an efficient and safe green solution for preventing and controlling soil-borne diseases such as root rot and the like, and have important significance on sustainable development of industry and safe production of agricultural products. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a trichoderma reesei strain for preventing and treating fusarium root rot, a streptomyces tarlandii strain and a composite microbial inoculum composed of the trichoderma reesei strain and the streptomyces tarlandii strain. The invention also provides application of the composite microbial inoculum containing the Paenispira rosea and the Streptomyces coelicolor in preventing and treating fusarium root rot. A composite fungus and actinomycete for preventing and treating root rot contains Paenibolomyces roseus with preservation number of CGMCC No.42332 and Streptomyces coelicolor with preservation number of CGMCC No. 36965. The invention provides a high-efficiency microorganism strain for preventing and treating fusarium root rot. Screening to obtain the Pachyspira rosea HLY-1 strain and the Streptomyces tailanensis NYC 1-5 strain by plate primary screening, water culture tube Miao Fu screening, greenhouse potting verification and field effect evaluation, wherein the fungi and actinomycetes are submitted to China general microbiological culture Collection center for preservation with the preservation numbers of CGMCC No.42332 and CGMCC No.36965 respectively. At present, a plurality of white-light-spiral polyporus pinsitus products are registered at home and abroad and are applied to prevention and control of gray mold of fruits and vegetables and seedling diseases of vegetables. Streptomyces coelicolor (Streptomyces tailanensis) is a new species of Streptomyces that was first dis
