The composite microbial inoculum containing the strain of the invention is utilized to carry out in-situ decomposition of the straw, the early decomposition effect is obvious, the straw is in powder form, the physicochemical property of the soil can be obviously improved, the organic matter content of the soil is improved by 15%, and the crop yield is improved by about 10%.

- 2. A composite microbial agent comprising the termite Comamonas (Comamonas odontotermitis) GZL91 according to claim 1, and further comprising Geobacillus (Pedobacter rhizosphaerae) GZL93, paenibacillus illicini (Paenibacillus illinoisensis) ARQ82 and/or Paenibacillus xylanofaciens (Paenibacillus xylanexedens) ARQ86-1.
- 3. Use of the termite comamonas (Comamonas odontotermitis) GZL 91 of claim 1 or the composite microbial agent of claim 2 for decomposing high cellulose.
- 4. Use of a comamonas termite (Comamonas odontotermitis) GZL 91 as defined in claim 1 or a complex microbial agent as defined in claim 2 for the decomposition of high hemicellulose.
- 5. Use of the termite comamonas (Comamonas odontotermitis) GZL 91 of claim 1 or the composite microbial inoculant of claim 2 for the decomposition of high lignin.
- 6. Use of the termite comamonas (Comamonas odontotermitis) GZL 91 of claim 1 or the composite microbial inoculant of claim 2 in straw in situ decomposition.
