Description
Bacillus pseudomycoides BN59 and application thereof in promoting growth of wheat Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fertilizers, and particularly relates to bacillus pseudomycosis BN59 and application thereof in promoting growth of wheat. Background Wheat (Triticum aestivum l.) is an important staple food crop worldwide, a food source for 30% of the population. It supplies 8-20% protein and 20% energy to humans. For improving the yield of wheat, a chemical fertilizer application mode is mainly adopted for realizing the wheat yield improvement. The long-term use of chemical fertilizers in large quantities causes a series of production and environmental problems, such as reduced land productivity, heavy metal accumulation (mainly from chemical phosphate fertilizers), water eutrophication, reduced biodiversity, food safety and the like. At present, main measures of fertilizer reduction in agricultural production in China comprise soil testing and formulated fertilization, accurate fertilization according to soil nutrient supply and crop nutrient requirements, organic-inorganic coordination and other traditional technical means. Under the condition of continuous cropping high yield, the traditional technology is only used for reducing the application and enhancing the efficiency, so that a new thought needs to be created, a new technology is developed and a new product is developed, and the microbial technology is one of important means for activating soil nutrients, promoting plant growth, enhancing crop stress resistance, improving fertilizer efficiency and reducing the application of fertilizer. The plant rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria, PGPR) have various physiological and ecological functions, and are safe, nontoxic, resource-saving and environment-friendly. Currently, there are a few tens of thousands of PGPR bacterial fertilizers registered in China, and the active bacterial components mainly comprise bacillus subtilis, paenibacillus mucilaginosus, bacillus megaterium and other groups. However, the number of PGPR bacterial manure which is registered and applied to wheat is only 500, and the phenomena of poor effect, high cost and the like exist. Therefore, the breeding of more excellent wheat PGPR strain is urgently needed, so as to provide reliable microbial strain resources for the yield increase and the application reduction of wheat planting industry.
