The application of the composition for detecting the polymorphism or genotype of the SNP-1 locus in the duck genome in the identification or auxiliary identification of the content of the sebum glycerides of the duck is characterized in that the SNP-1 locus is one SNP locus in the duck genome, the nucleotide type of the SNP-1 locus is G or A, the 70 th nucleotide of SEQ ID No.1, the composition comprises the PCR primer, and the PCR primer consists of single-stranded DNA with the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No.2 and single-stranded DNA with the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No. 3.

The method for identifying or assisting in identifying the content of the duck sebaceous glycerides is characterized by comprising the steps of detecting SNP-1 locus genotype of a duck to be detected, identifying or assisting in identifying the content of the duck sebaceous glycerides according to the SNP-1 locus genotype of the duck to be detected, wherein the SNP-1 locus is one SNP locus in a duck genome, the nucleotide type of the SNP locus is G or A, the nucleotide is 70 th nucleotide of SEQ ID No.1, and the detection is carried out by using PCR primers, and the PCR primers consist of single-stranded DNA with the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No.2 and single-stranded DNA with the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No. 3.

The method for breeding ducks with high content of the duck sebaceous glycerides is characterized by comprising the steps of detecting polymorphism of SNP-1 in a duck genome, and selecting a homozygous duck with the SNP-1 locus G in the duck genome as a parent to breed the ducks with high content of the duck sebaceous glycerides.

A method for breeding ducks with low content of the duck sebaceous glycerides is characterized by comprising the steps of detecting polymorphism of SNP-1 in a duck genome, and selecting a homozygous duck with the SNP-1 locus A or a heterozygous duck with the SNP-1 locus G and A in the duck genome as a parent for breeding the ducks with low content of the duck sebaceous glycerides.

A product containing a composition for detecting polymorphism or genotype of SNP-1 locus in duck genome, characterized in that the product is any one of Q1-Q3: Q1, detecting a single nucleotide polymorphism or genotype related to the content of the sebum glycerides of the ducks; q2, identifying or assisting in identifying products containing the content of the duck sebum glycerides; Q3, a product for breeding ducks, wherein the breeding ducks are ducks with high content of the duck sebum glycerides or ducks with low content of the duck sebum glycerides; the SNP-1 locus is one SNP locus in a duck genome, the nucleotide type of the SNP-1 locus is G or A, and the SNP-1 locus is the 70 th nucleotide of SEQ ID No. 1.

The product of claim 7, wherein the composition for detecting polymorphism or genotype of SNP-1 site in duck genome is the following P1, P2 or P3: P1, the composition for detecting polymorphism or genotype of SNP-1 locus in duck genome contains PCR primer for amplifying duck genome DNA fragment including SNP-1 locus; P2, the composition for detecting the polymorphism or genotype of SNP-1 locus in duck genome is a PCR reagent containing the PCR primer; P3, a kit containing the PCR primer described in P1 or the PCR reagent described in P2.

Molecular marker related to content character of duck sebum glycerides and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of a determination method containing nucleic acid, and particularly relates to a molecular marker related to the content character of the sebum glycerides of ducks and application thereof. Background Meat ducks are one of main consumed meats, and different meat duck varieties have remarkable difference in sebum rate, so that the meat ducks are suitable for diversified market demands and cooking modes. For example, beijing roast ducks require a sebum rate of not less than 35% to develop a characteristic flavor, while salted ducks and the like require products with a lower sebum content. Sebum deposition in meat ducks is mainly due to accumulation of glycerides in subcutaneous fat cells. The Beijing duck and Licheng white duck have remarkable difference in fat deposition capability, and non-targeted lipidomic analysis shows that glycerides are main lipids in subcutaneous fat of meat ducks, and the content of the glycerides in the Beijing ducks is remarkably higher than that of Licheng white ducks, so that the ducks are ideal models for researching fat deposition due to strong lipid synthesis capability. Molecular marker assisted breeding technology has been widely applied to new species cultivation of animals and plants, and molecular markers closely related to gene expression can be directly obtained through molecular QTL technology. SREBF1 has been widely demonstrated to affect key genes in adipocytes, which are capable of promoting transcriptional activation of fatty acid synthesis genes, thereby enhancing synthesis of fatty acid precursor glycerides. In meat ducks in particular, the transcriptional subtype SREBF1c of SREBF1 is highly expressed in adipocytes, highly correlated with fat deposition. Therefore, molecular QTL analysis is carried out on the gene, so that early selection of glyceride target characters can be effectively carried out, the breeding cost can be greatly saved, and the genetic progress can be quickened. However, there is currently no molecular marker associated with increasing the glycerol ester content of duck meat.
