Description

STS (Standard template set) mark related to adventitious root number of wheat and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical fields of molecular biology and crop breeding, and particularly relates to a molecular marker related to the number of adventitious roots of wheat and application thereof. Background The wheat root system consists of primary roots (adventitious root) and adventitious roots, the primary roots appear from the beginning of seed germination to the 1 st complete leaf, the adventitious roots can appear on the main stems and all levels of tillering nodes as the main body part of the root system, and the primary roots are core tissues for fixing overground plants and absorbing soil moisture and nutrients from the beginning of tillering to the time of heading and flowering, so that the adventitious root configuration is closely related to the wheat productivity. However, adventitious roots are hidden in soil, and the phenotype identification difficulty is great, so that the configuration optimization process is far behind that of the overground plant type. Therefore, development and utilization of adventitious root configuration related molecular markers, and acceleration of adventitious root configuration improvement through molecular marker assisted selection, are urgent demands for sustainable development of wheat production. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to rapidly identify the adventitious root number of wheat. In order to solve the problems, the invention firstly provides an application of an InDel molecular marker, wherein the InDel molecular marker is a DNA fragment with a nucleotide sequence of 112 th bit to 128 th bit of SEQ ID No. 1, and the application is the application of the InDel molecular marker in any one of the following steps: A1 Identification or auxiliary identification of the adventitious root number of wheat; a2 Preparing and identifying or assisting in identifying the product of the adventitious root number of the wheat; a3 Wheat breeding; A4 Preparing a wheat breeding product.
