Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of molybdenum disulfide preparation, and particularly relates to a molybdenum concentrate impurity removal method. The molybdenum concentrate impurity removal method comprises the steps of immersing molybdenum concentrate in an acidic solution, carrying out acid leaching to obtain a molybdenum disulfide crude product, immersing the molybdenum disulfide crude product in an alkaline solution, and carrying out alkaline leaching to obtain a molybdenum disulfide pure product, wherein the mass concentration of the alkaline solution is 30-50%. The method comprises the steps of removing acid-soluble (such as iron, calcium and the like) impurities in molybdenum concentrate through acid leaching, and then performing alkaline leaching in alkaline solution with specific concentration to react with silicon dioxide to generate soluble sodium silicate, so as to remove the silicon dioxide and obtain high-purity molybdenum disulfide. The impurity removing method provided by the invention does not adopt hydrofluoric acid, so that the use risk and the environmental influence of the hydrofluoric acid are eliminated, the process flow is simplified, and the investment and the operation cost are reduced.

Description

Molybdenum concentrate impurity removal method Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of molybdenum disulfide preparation, and particularly relates to a molybdenum concentrate impurity removal method. Background Molybdenum disulfide, which is a material with unique performance, plays an important role in a plurality of fields from the traditional industry to the front-end technology due to the excellent characteristics brought by the layered structure. The lubricating oil can adapt to extreme environments, can keep excellent lubricating performance in high-temperature, low-temperature and high-vacuum environments, and is widely applied to the fields of mechanical lubrication, aerospace and the like. Meanwhile, molybdenum disulfide has semiconductor characteristics, and particularly single-layer molybdenum disulfide has a direct band gap, so that the molybdenum disulfide has potential in the fields of photoelectricity, photoelectric devices, sensors and the like. Molybdenum disulfide, which is a two-dimensional van der Waals material, has a unique layered structure and exhibits excellent weak shear characteristics. In aeroengines, molybdenum disulfide coatings are used for antifriction protection of high temperature components such as turbine blades, bearings, and the like. Molybdenum disulfide mainly comes from molybdenite, but impurities such as silicon, iron and the like in natural ores have complex structures, and high-quality molybdenum disulfide can be prepared by deep impurity removal. The existing molybdenum disulfide production method mainly adopts a molybdenum concentrate multistage acid leaching method, firstly uses hydrochloric acid to remove impurities such as iron, calcium and the like, and then uses hydrofluoric acid to remove silicon dioxide impurities, but each process can produce a certain amount of acid wastewater and fluorine-containing wastewater. Hydrofluoric acid is colorless, odorless and highly corrosive liquid, is highly dangerous and highly toxic inorganic acid, and can volatilize at normal temperature to form toxic gas, thereby affecting human health. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above, the invention provides a molybdenum concentrate impurity removal method, wherein hydrofluoric acid is not adopted in the impurity removal method, so that the generation of fluorine-containing wastewater is avoided, and meanwhile, the safety in the impurity removal process is improved.
