Description

Self-lubricating fabric and use thereof Technical Field The invention relates to a self-lubricating fabric and application thereof. Background At present, the self-lubricating bearing on the market has better wear resistance and high bearing capacity and is widely applied. The self-lubricating bearing comprises an inner lining wear-resistant layer and an outer lining bearing layer, wherein the inner lining is a self-lubricating fabric, the self-lubricating fabric is generally wound on the surface layer of a core rod to be a round tube shape or woven into a tube shape fabric, then the self-lubricating fabric is arranged in a mould, thermoplastic plastics are filled in the mould through an injection molding process, the solid bearing layer is formed by cooling, and the self-lubricating sliding bearing is formed by demoulding. However, most of the self-lubricating fabrics on the market are fabrics with sheet-like or belt-like structures, the sheet-like or belt-like fabrics are made into lining materials in a winding manner, when the self-lubricating fabrics are wound, the fabrics need to be wound on corresponding core rods through winding machines according to the diameters of bearings, lead angles and rotation speeds are required to be set, the engineering is complicated, and if the winding is poor, the conditions of overlapping or winding hollowing of the fabrics can occur, so that the lining wear-resistant layer is damaged in an accelerating manner. Aiming at a plurality of problems generated in the winding process, the technical staff researches and develops a tubular fabric woven by fluorine fibers and common fibers. As disclosed in chinese patent publication CN116638706a, a method for manufacturing a sliding bearing and a sliding bearing are disclosed, in which a fiber group including polytetrafluoroethylene fibers is woven into a tubular fabric, while solving the problems of insufficient defective rate and life caused by poor winding, the bearing has large elasticity and poor dimensional stability in the injection molding process of high temperature and high pressure, and the fabric manufactured from common fibers has a problem of local accumulation under high pressure injection molding. However, in order to solve the problem of high elasticity of the fabric, technicians use substances such as adhesives to improve the dimensional stability of the fabric, but the air permeability of the fabric surface is drastically reduced, and the resin cannot penetrate, so that the self-lubricating performance of the sliding bearing is affected, and the working surface and the friction mating surface part are directly rubbed, so that the abrasion of the working layer is increased. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a self-lubricating fabric which is integrally formed, free of winding, excellent in dimensional stability after high temperature treatment and excellent in wear resistance. The self-lubricating fabric has a tubular structure, wherein the fabric at least comprises fibers containing fluorine components and fibers containing low-melting-point components, and the low-melting-point components are in a non-melting state. The self-lubricating fabric has the characteristics of being integrally formed, free of winding and low in friction coefficient. The self-lubricating fabric of the present invention has a tubular structure, and the fabric contains at least a fiber containing a fluorine component and a fiber containing a low-melting component, wherein the low-melting component is in a molten state. Through high temperature, the low-melting-point component is in a molten state, so that the fabric has the characteristics of excellent dimensional stability and uniform porosity. The self-lubricating tubular fabric is arranged in a grinding tool, and the bearing manufactured through the injection molding process not only has excellent wear resistance, but also can maintain long service life. The self-lubricating fabric has the advantages of being integrally formed, free of winding, excellent in dimensional stability after high temperature, and excellent in wear resistance, and can be applied to plastic bearings or gaskets. Detailed Description The self-lubricating fabric of the present invention has a tubular structure, and the fabric contains at least a fiber of a fluorine component and a fiber of a low melting point component, and the low melting point component is in a non-molten state. The tubular structure can be formed by overlapping two ends of a sheet-shaped or ribbon-shaped fabric through a processing mode of thermal bonding, adhesive coating, ultrasonic wave, high frequency or sewing, or can be formed by spirally winding the sheet-shaped or ribbon-shaped fabric along the length direction and then forming the tubular structure through an adhesive, or can be formed into an integrally-woven tubular structure. If the first processing mode is adopted, the thickness of the overlapped part is larg
