A cotton-nylon blended interweaving type vaseline dyeing process is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, taking a sample of cotton-nylon blended interweaving type grey cloth, soaking the sample in boiled water at 90-100 ℃ for 25-35 seconds, measuring a width of a gate, tentering the cotton-nylon blended interweaving type grey cloth to the width of the gate after soaking the cotton-nylon blended interweaving type grey cloth in the boiled water, then putting the grey cloth on a long car for single dyeing, b, jumping through infrared rays on the long car when the grey cloth moves on the long car, C, pre-drying the grey cloth at the temperature of less than or equal to 80 ℃, d, double rolling the grey cloth through liquid seal when the grey cloth passes through a steam box, and e, washing the grey cloth with cold water, washing with hot water and then soaping.
- 2. The cotton-nylon blended interweaving vaseline dyeing process according to claim 1, wherein the water temperature of the hot water washing is 75-85 ℃, and the soaping temperature is above 90 ℃.
