Abstract

A textile after-finishing deepening method and an auxiliary agent composition, wherein the auxiliary agent composition for textile after-finishing deepening comprises a deepening agent and a dispersing agent, wherein the deepening agent is polysiloxane deepening agent, the dispersing agent is nonionic surfactant, and the mass ratio of the dispersing agent to the deepening agent is 1:20-1:60. The invention applies the dispersing agent mainly used for the previous procedure to the post-finishing stage innovatively, accurately solves the technical contradiction in the industry, namely 'deepening the necessary oil points', realizes the purpose of safely and effectively adjusting the color depth after printing is finished, and inhibits the generation of the oil points at the molecular level by scientific compounding of the deepening agent and the dispersing agent, thereby obtaining a high-quality product with uniform surface and no defects on the premise of not sacrificing the color deepening effect.

Description

Textile after-finishing deepening method and auxiliary agent composition Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing after-finishing, in particular to a textile after-finishing deepening method for improving the color depth of printed fabrics and an auxiliary agent composition, which are particularly suitable for solving the problem of oily defects (commonly known as oil spots or oil spots) of cloth covers in the after-finishing deepening process. Background The digital printing technology is widely applied due to high flexibility and suitability for small-batch production. However, unlike conventional dyeing processes, digital printing, once completed, is difficult to adjust in color by conventional retouching processes, and particularly for dark color systems, is often faced with the bottleneck of insufficient color depth (K/S value). To solve this problem, attempts have been made in the industry to add a deepening agent (e.g., a silicone-based feel deepening agent) to the padding tank of a tenter setting machine during the finishing stage of the printed fabric to enhance the color appearance of the fabric surface. However, the method has the serious defect that the hydrophobic component in the deepening agent is easy to locally gather on the surface of the fabric in the high-temperature setting process to form oil spot defects which are difficult to eliminate, so that the qualification rate of the product is greatly reduced. This makes the "post-finishing darkening" approach a dilemma in that the color depth does not reach standard without the use of a darkening agent, which can create cosmetic defects. At present, for the contradiction, the conventional solution thought is mainly focused on adjusting the formula of the deepening agent, replacing the brand of the deepening agent or optimizing the parameters of the tentering process (such as temperature and speed), but the effect is not ideal, and the oily defects (commonly called oil spots or oil spots) cannot be radically eliminated. Therefore, a new method capable of effectively solving the contradiction is needed to be developed so as to safely and effectively improve the color depth of the digital printing finished product on the premise of not introducing oily defects (commonly called oil spots or oil specks). Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a textile after-finishing deepening method capable of effectively preventing oil spots from being generated and obviously improving the color at the same time and a special auxiliary agent composition thereof.
