A reducing ball seat comprises a ball seat core (3), wherein the ball seat core is a cylindrical body formed by split bodies, two sides of each split body are respectively provided with a first contact surface (4-1) and a second contact surface (4-2), the reducing ball seat is characterized in that the first contact surface is provided with a first transverse contact surface (2-1), the second contact surface is provided with a second transverse contact surface (2-2), the first transverse contact surface and the second transverse contact surface can be planes perpendicular or not perpendicular to a ball seat mandrel line, and can be curved surfaces with any shape, the shapes of the first transverse contact surface and the second transverse contact surface can be the same or different, the distance between the first transverse contact surface and the second transverse contact surface and a ball sealing line (2-3) is smaller than 15mm, and the number of split bodies is more than 3.
