Abstract
The invention discloses a guide table device for starting or receiving a heading machine, which comprises a guide table bracket and a guide table base, wherein the guide table bracket and the guide table base are connected through a first connecting rod mechanism and a first linear driving mechanism, the first linear driving mechanism is used for driving the first connecting rod mechanism so as to drive the guide table bracket to lift and/or tilt relative to the guide table base, at least one side of the guide table base is connected with a transverse counter-force base through a second connecting rod mechanism and a second linear driving mechanism, and the second linear driving mechanism is used for driving the second connecting rod mechanism so as to drive the guide table base to transversely move and/or swing left and right relative to a construction site. The invention systematically solves the technical problems that the prior art cannot quickly and multi-freedom-degree adjust the starting/receiving gesture of the heading machine and cannot be suitable for starting/receiving in a narrow space from multiple dimensions such as core functions, structural performance, construction application, economic cost, scene adaptation and the like by the composite structure design of the vertical connecting rod driving system and the transverse connecting rod driving system.

Claims (10)
- 1. A guide table device for starting or receiving a heading machine is characterized by comprising a guide table bracket and a guide table base, wherein the guide table bracket and the guide table base are connected through a first connecting rod mechanism and a first linear driving mechanism, the first linear driving mechanism is used for driving the first connecting rod mechanism so as to drive the guide table bracket to lift and/or tilt relative to the guide table base, at least one side of the guide table base is connected with a transverse counterforce base through a second connecting rod mechanism and a second linear driving mechanism, and the second linear driving mechanism is used for driving the second connecting rod mechanism so as to drive the guide table base to transversely move and/or horizontally swing relative to a construction site.

A guide table device for originating reception of a heading machine as in claim 1, wherein the guide table base comprises two base foundations arranged symmetrically left and right, and the guide table bracket comprises two diagonal stay plates respectively corresponding to the two base foundations up and down, and diagonal stay surfaces of the two diagonal stay plates are symmetrical left and right.

A docking station apparatus for an originating reception of a heading machine as in claim 2 wherein the first linkage mechanism includes two first linkage assemblies connected between the corresponding base foundation and the diagonal brace plate, respectively, and the first linear drive mechanism includes two first linear drive assemblies connected between the corresponding first linkage assemblies and the diagonal brace plate, respectively, or two first linear drive assemblies connected between the corresponding first linkage assemblies and the base foundation, respectively.

A docking station apparatus for a heading machine initiation recipient as in claim 3 wherein the first link assembly includes two first links hingedly connected and first links hingedly connected to the diagonal brace, one first link hingedly connected to the base foundation and the other first link slidably connected to the base foundation, and the first linear drive assembly includes at least one first linear drive member hingedly connected between one first link and the diagonal brace or between one first link and the base foundation.
- 5. A docking station apparatus for a heading machine originating reception as in claim 4 wherein said first linear drive assembly includes two first linear drives hinged between two first links and a diagonal brace plate or between two first links and a base foundation, respectively.
- 6. A guide table device for originating and receiving a heading machine as defined in claim 5, wherein a first sliding groove is formed in the base, a first sliding block is hinged to a first connecting rod which is slidably connected with the base, the first sliding groove is hinged to the first connecting rod through the first sliding block, the first sliding rail is arranged on the base, and the first sliding rail is slidably connected with the first sliding rail through the first sliding groove.

A guide table device for originating and receiving a heading machine as in any one of claims 1-6 wherein the second linkage mechanism includes a second linkage assembly connected between the base foundation and the transverse reaction base, respectively, and the second linear drive mechanism includes a second linear drive assembly connected between the second linkage assembly and the transverse reaction base or a second linear drive assembly connected between the second linkage assembly and the base foundation.

The device of claim 7, wherein the second link assembly comprises two second links pivotally connected to each other and to the base, wherein one of the second links is pivotally connected to the lateral reaction base, and the other of the second links is slidably connected to the lateral reaction base, and the second linear drive assembly comprises at least one second linear drive member pivotally connected between the one second link and the lateral reaction base or between the one second link and the base.
- 9. The device of claim 8, wherein the second linear drive assembly comprises two second linear drives hinged between the second connecting rods and the transverse reaction base or between the second connecting rods and the base respectively.

The guiding table device for originating and receiving of a heading machine according to claim 8, wherein a sliding groove II is formed in the transverse counterforce base, a sliding block II is hinged to a connecting rod II which is in sliding connection with the transverse counterforce base, the connecting rod II is in sliding fit with the sliding groove II through the sliding block II, or a sliding groove II is hinged to a connecting rod II which is in sliding connection with a base foundation, a sliding rail II is arranged on the base foundation, and the connecting rod II is in sliding fit with the sliding rail II through the sliding groove II.
