- 1. A high-temperature-resistant Wen Shanliu-channel diaphragm chamber is characterized by comprising a cooling pipe section, a diaphragm cavity and a diaphragm chamber gland arranged on the diaphragm cavity, wherein a diaphragm chamber is formed between the diaphragm chamber gland and the diaphragm cavity, two ends of the cooling pipe section are respectively provided with a high-temperature slurry end and a low-temperature slurry end, the diaphragm cavity is provided with a feed inlet which can enable cooled slurry to enter or flow out of the diaphragm chamber from the bottom of the diaphragm chamber, the low-temperature slurry end is communicated with the feed inlet on the diaphragm chamber, and the high-temperature slurry end is used for receiving uncooled slurry.

The high-resistant Wen Shanliu-channel diaphragm chamber of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm chamber is provided with a first vent hole communicated with the diaphragm chamber at the top of the diaphragm chamber, and a second vent hole communicated with the diaphragm chamber is arranged on the side wall of the diaphragm chamber.

The high-resistant Wen Shanliu-channel diaphragm chamber of claim 2, wherein the inner wall of the diaphragm chamber is provided with a first conical surface and a second conical surface which are adjacent to each other, the joint of the first conical surface and the second conical surface is in arc transition, the first conical surface is arranged close to the first exhaust hole, the second exhaust hole is communicated with the first conical surface, and the inclination angle of the first conical surface is larger than that of the second conical surface.

A high-resistant Wen Shanliu-channel diaphragm chamber as set forth in claim 3, wherein the diaphragm chamber gland comprises an outer gland and an inner gland which are detachably connected, the inner gland extends into the diaphragm chamber, and the first conical surface is provided with an annular groove at one end close to the inner gland.

The high-resistant Wen Shanliu-channel diaphragm chamber according to claim 4, wherein one end of the internal pressure cover outwards covers the diaphragm chamber end face in a concave mode, and a feed port which is communicated with the feed port and the diaphragm chamber is arranged on the internal pressure cover.

The high-resistant Wen Shanliu-channel diaphragm chamber of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm chamber is provided with a temperature measuring hole communicated with the feed inlet, and a temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of slurry at the feed inlet is arranged in the temperature measuring hole.
