  1. 1. A ball screw having a dust removing device, comprising: A screw; A nut screwed on the screw rod, and A dust collector, set up on this nut, include: a ring seat combined with one side of the screw cap, and An oscillating element is disposed in the ring seat.

  6. 6. A ball screw with dust collector according to claim 3, wherein the ring body has a groove facing the cover, the cover has a groove facing the ring body, and the oscillating element is disposed in a mounting space formed by the groove and the groove.

Description

Ball screw with dust collector Technical Field The present invention relates to ball screws, and more particularly to a ball screw with dust-proof function. Background Ball Screw (Ball Screw) is a component widely used in precision mechanical transmission systems, and is generally used to convert rotary motion into linear motion, and has characteristics of high efficiency, low friction, and precise control. In addition, in the running process of the ball screw, if dust or scraps enter the ball screw, the running and precision of the ball screw can be affected, and the service life is reduced. Furthermore, currently, ball screws are mostly provided with dust-proof structures to reduce dust effects. For example, dust covers are arranged at two ends of the thread of the ball screw to prevent external dust from entering the thread groove. However, some of the dust still falls into and builds up in the dust cap and may affect the operation or accuracy of the ball screw. In addition, the sealing effect is also affected when dust is present in the dust cap or seal cover. In this regard, how to provide an effective dust removal structure on the ball screw is a research motivation of the present inventors. In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies and have made an effort to solve the above-mentioned problems in combination with the application of the theory, which is an object of improvement by the present inventors. Disclosure of Invention An object of the present disclosure is to provide a ball screw with a dust removing device for providing dust removing effect to the ball screw, so as to maintain the normal operation of the ball screw. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present disclosure provides a ball screw with a dust removing device, which includes a screw, a nut and a dust removing device. The nut is screwed on the screw rod. The dust removing device is arranged on the screw cap and comprises a ring seat and an oscillating element. The ring seat is combined on one side of the screw cap. The oscillating element is arranged in the ring seat. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a flange is disposed on one side of the nut, and the ring seat is disposed on the inner side of the flange. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the ring base includes a ring body and a cover covering the ring body. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the cover is formed with a receiving groove on a side away from the nut, and the ring is disposed in the receiving groove. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a convex ring is formed on a side of the cover facing the nut, two ends of the nut are respectively provided with a ring groove, the convex ring is inserted into the nut, and the cover is positioned in the ring grooves. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the ring body is provided with a caulking groove on a side facing the cover, the cover is provided with a notch on a side facing the ring body, and the oscillating element is disposed in a mounting space formed by the caulking groove and the notch. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of spiral grooves are formed on an inner wall surface of the nut, and the ring body is provided with a ring groove corresponding to the spiral groove. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the dust removing device further includes a shock absorbing sheet, and the shock absorbing sheet is disposed between the nut and the ring seat. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of dust removing devices is a pair, and dust removing devices are respectively disposed at two sides of the nut. The dust removing device comprises a ring seat and an oscillating element arranged on the ring seat, wherein the ring seat is combined on one side of the screw cap, in addition, a shock absorbing sheet can be arranged between the screw cap and the ring seat and used for absorbing the vibration transmitted to the screw cap and the screw rod, so as to avoid the influence of the vibration on the precision of the ball screw rod in transmission, and accordingly, the oscillating element can oscillate when in operation so as to timely remove dust accumulated between the screw rod and the screw cap, further achieve the dust removing effect and maintain the normal operation of the ball screw rod.
