Abstract

The power input gear (1) is meshed with external teeth of the action gear (2), internal teeth of the action gear are meshed with the two transmission gears (3) and (4), the two transmission gears (3) and (4) are meshed with the central power output gear (5), the diameters of the two transmission gears (3) and (4) and the diameter of the power output gear (5) are equal, the power input gear (1) is arranged on the input shaft (6), the two transmission gears (3) and (4) are respectively arranged on the transmission shafts (8) and (9), and the central power output gear (5) is arranged on the power output shaft (7). The whole set of transmission mechanism is respectively fixed in a shell (12) by two side cover bearing seats (10) (11) and a bearing jacket of the shape-moving gear (2) through bearing combination. The power amplification factor of the power amplification mechanism is proportional to the length of the outer radius of the action gear and inversely proportional to the length of the inner radius. But also the radius of the two transmission gears, and the transmission ratio of the power input gear to the power output gear to the action gear. Therefore, the length of different gear radius is selected, the gear ratio is suitable, and different power amplification factors such as 125%, 130%, 135% and the like can be obtained, so that the gear ratio can be widely applied to various power machines and various vehicle manufacturing, the service efficiency of various machines can be greatly improved, a large amount of energy sources are saved, and the energy crisis is solved. - 2. A power amplifier is characterized by comprising an action gear (2) with inner teeth and outer teeth, two transmission gears (2) (3), a central power output gear (5) and a power input gear (1). The power input gear (1) is meshed with external teeth of the action gear (2), internal teeth of the action gear are meshed with the two transmission gears (3) and (4), the two transmission gears (3) and (4) are meshed with the central power output gear (5), the diameters of the two transmission gears (3) and (4) and the diameter of the power output gear (5) are equal, the power input gear (1) is arranged on the input shaft (6), the two transmission gears (3) and (4) are respectively arranged on the transmission shafts (8) and (9), and the central power output gear (5) is arranged on the power output shaft (7). The whole set of transmission mechanism is respectively fixed in a shell (12) by two side cover bearing seats (10) (11) and a bearing jacket of the shape-moving gear (2) through bearing combination.

The power amplifier is characterized in that the power amplification factor of the power amplifier is related to the ratio of the inner radius to the outer radius of the inner gear (2), and the transmission ratio of the transmission gear, the action gear, the power output gear and the power input gear.

The power amplifying mechanism is formed by combining the diameters of the inner gear and the outer gear according to different proportions by utilizing the principle of power amplification by combining a circular pole lever, and increases the power output under the condition that the input power of a power machine is unchanged by the output power rotating speed of the power amplifying mechanism, so that the power amplifying mechanism is realized. The power amplification mechanism is realized by the power input gear (1), an action gear (2) with internal and external teeth, and a central power output gear (5) of two transmission gears (3) (4). The power input gear (1) is meshed with external teeth of the action gear (2), internal teeth of the action gear are meshed with the transmission gears (3) and (4), the two transmission gears (3) and (4) are meshed with the middle power output gear (5), the power input gear is arranged on the input shaft (6), the transmission gears (3) and (4) are respectively arranged on the transmission shafts (8) and (9), and the power output gear (5) is arranged on the power output shaft (7). The whole set of transmission mechanism is respectively fixed in a shell (12) by two side cover bearing seats (10) (11) and a bearing jacket of the shape-moving gear (2) through bearing combination.
