A hydraulic actuator for realizing three-position control of a valve in a mechanical limiting mode is characterized by comprising a main body (1), a gear shaft (2), a rack shaft (3), an adjustable end cover (4), a fixed end cover (5), a lower flange (6), a travel switch assembly (7), a single-acting oil cylinder assembly (8), an angular positioning assembly (9) and a rotary bump block (10), wherein the gear shaft (2) and the rack shaft (3) are arranged inside the main body (1), the rack shaft (3) is provided with two groups which are respectively meshed with the two sides of the gear shaft (2), the adjustable end cover (4) and the fixed end cover (5) are respectively arranged on the two sides of the main body (1), the lower flange (6) is arranged at the bottom of the main body (1), the travel switch assembly (7) and the angular positioning assembly (9) are respectively arranged on the upper side of the main body (1), the travel switch assembly (7) is provided with a bump block (701), the bump block (701) and the gear shaft (2) are mutually fixed, the rotary bump block (10) is arranged on the top of the travel switch assembly (7), the single-acting oil cylinder assembly (8) is arranged on the single-acting oil cylinder assembly (8) and the angular positioning assembly (9), the angular movement positioning component (9) is mutually clamped with the rotary bump block (10).
