A ventilation device for preventing oil from dripping outside a bearing box is characterized by comprising a shell with an inner cavity, wherein a cavity partition plate with a first gas discharge through hole is arranged in the shell, the cavity partition plate divides the inner cavity of the shell into a gas discharge cavity and an oil mist filtering cavity which are communicated up and down, an oil mist filtering mechanism which forms a spiral oil mist filtering channel is arranged in the oil mist filtering cavity, an oil mist guiding mechanism and a lubricating oil recovery mechanism are arranged at the lower end of the shell, the spiral oil mist filtering channel is communicated with the bearing box through the oil mist guiding mechanism and the lubricating oil recovery mechanism, and a second gas discharge through hole which is communicated with the outside is arranged on the side wall of the gas discharge cavity.
