Description

Oilfield associated gas treatment system based on catalytic combustion process Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of oilfield associated gas combustion systems, and provides an oilfield associated gas treatment system based on a catalytic combustion process. Background Along with the continuous expansion of the scale of new development modes such as oilfield CCUS, shale oil and the like, a large amount of associated gas rich in CO2 is generated, the combustion of the associated gas is unstable or can not be directly ignited, and a direct discharge treatment mode is adopted, so that not only is the huge resource waste caused, but also serious greenhouse gas emission is caused. In recent years, under the requirement of a double-carbon target, the environment-friendly treatment and utilization of oilfield associated gas have become an important difficulty facing field development. Conventionally, centralized purification treatment is mostly adopted for treatment of oilfield associated gas, and then the treatment is carried out on the oilfield associated gas, or direct combustion is adopted for providing heat energy for oilfield production. The technical research on recycling of associated gas in Hu Jian mountain oilfield, petrochemical engineering application and 2023 month 10 disclose a treatment method of the associated gas in the oilfield, which realizes recycling and reutilization of the associated gas by constructing a mixed hydrocarbon treatment device and a dry gas return pipeline, the patent No. CN108006690A discloses an associated gas combustion system of a vertical heating furnace in the oilfield and a method thereof, the system comprises a vertical heating furnace, a control cabinet and an integrated sledge body, an electric regulating valve is arranged in the integrated sledge body, one end of the electric regulating valve is connected with a gas inlet outside the integrated sledge body, the other end of the electric regulating valve is connected with a detection device, the detection device is connected with a negative pressure injection type combustor in the vertical heating furnace, the detection device consists of a first detection channel and a second detection channel which are connected in parallel, the first detection channel is sequentially connected with a first stop valve, a first electromagnetic valve and a second stop valve, the second detection channel is sequentially connected with a third stop valve, a second electromagnetic valve and a fourth stop valve, and the electric regulating valve, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve and the control cabinet are electrically connected with the control cabinet, and the electromagnetic valve are convenient for the electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve has high electric control performance and high performance, and can be installed by personnel on the sledge, and can be well fit by personnel on the operator. However, the method has the defects that (1) for the remote oil well, the remote oil well is far away from the existing gas collecting pipe network, the gas quantity is not large, the centralized purification treatment and the utilization cost are high, (2) the oil well associated gas contains light hydrocarbon, water vapor, N2, SO2 and other gases, if the oil well associated gas is not treated and is directly combusted, insufficient combustion is easily generated, and particulate matters and nitrogen oxides after combustion are easily out of standard, and (3) the alkane content in part of the oil well associated gas is lower than 60 percent along with the change of the development mode of an oil field, the gas cannot be stably combusted by using the existing natural gas heating furnace, and the gas is difficult to treat. Therefore, there is a strong need for a treatment device suitable for low-hydrocarbon-alkane-content associated gas, which allows the treated gas to meet the emission standards. With the development of combustion technology, catalytic combustion technology is developed in which combustible substances in gas are oxidized and decomposed at a lower temperature by using a catalyst, and compared with a thermal combustion method, the catalytic combustion method has the advantages of less auxiliary fuel, low energy consumption and small equipment and facility size, and can enable the emission of combustion pollutants of an extremely lean hydrocarbon and air mixture to reach near zero.
