The semiconductor refrigeration fan of claim 1, wherein the partition comprises a main partition and a louver, the main partition is adjacent to the fan chamber, the louver extends obliquely upwards from one end of the main partition, the louver comprises a window frame, a plurality of blades rotatably arranged in the window frame and a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism drives the blades to rotate so as to adjust the opening degree of the louver, and when the blades of the louver are opened, part of air flow in the hot air chamber can enter the cold air chamber through the louver.
