- 1. A converter with a side flue is characterized by comprising a converter body, a combustion system, a side flue body and a dust collection system, wherein the converter body is of a horizontal cylinder structure, the combustion system is arranged at the front end of the converter body and is used for providing a heat source for smelting in the converter body, a converter material inlet is arranged in the middle of the converter body and is used for feeding and discharging slag or molten metal after smelting is completed, a converter flue gas outlet is arranged at the rear end of the converter body and is communicated with the side flue body through a matched rotary cylinder, a side flue channel used for collecting and transmitting flue gas discharged from the converter body is formed in the side flue body, the front end of the rotary cylinder is directly fixedly connected with a rear end cover of the converter body with the converter flue gas outlet, the rear end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably embedded in a circular side flue connecting port of the side flue body, the rotary cylinder is in sealing connection with the circular side flue connecting port, and an induced draft fan is arranged in the side flue body through a dust collection flue pipe connecting system.

The converter with side flue according to claim 1, wherein the rotating cylinder is lined with refractory material and a high temperature resistant flexible packing is filled between the rotating cylinder and the inner wall of the circular side flue connection port of the side flue body, and is continuously compressed by a gland positioned outside the circular side flue connection port and the outer wall of the rotating cylinder.

The converter with the side flue according to claim 1, wherein the outer layer of the side flue body is of a molten steel sleeve structure, the inner wall of the molten steel sleeve structure is lined with refractory materials, a side flue channel in the side flue body is of a rectangular square frame structure, the molten steel sleeve structure comprises a side flue main body water sleeve and a side flue top water sleeve, the lower end of a dust collection flue pipe is in sealing connection with a flue gas outlet formed in the middle of the side flue top water sleeve, the upper end of the dust collection flue pipe is in sealing connection with a flue gas inlet pipe of the dust collection system, and a water sleeve water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are further arranged on the side flue top water sleeve.
