An on-line metering device for flexible strips, comprising an encoder measuring roller assembly (2), characterized by further comprising a measuring roller assembly (3); the measuring roller assembly (3) for preventing slip errors and accumulation of slip errors is arranged on the encoder measuring roller assembly (2), and the measuring roller assembly (3) is used for carrying out real-time accurate metering detection on the flexible strip (1).
