- 7. The optical fiber end face detection device according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning mechanism provided to the base, and an output end of the cleaning mechanism faces a mounting position rotated to the detection position to clean an end face of the optical fiber.

The optical fiber end face detection device according to claim 7, wherein the output end of the cleaning mechanism comprises a liquid spraying port capable of spraying the cleaning liquid toward the end face of the optical fiber and a gas spraying port capable of spraying the drying gas toward the end face of the optical fiber.

The fiber-optic endface detection apparatus of claim 1, wherein the displacement stage includes a first translational drive member, a second translational drive member, and a third translational drive member, the first translational drive member disposed on the base and coupled to the second translational drive member, the second translational drive member coupled to the third translational drive member, and the third translational drive member coupled to the rotary stage.
