A method of metering a water quality monitor, the method comprising: before the water quality monitor is subjected to liquid pumping, a first water level signal and a second water level signal of the water quality monitor are obtained; determining state information of the water quality monitor according to the first water level signal and the second water level signal; acquiring a first water level change signal and a second water level change signal of the water quality monitor in the process of extracting liquid from the water quality monitor; and according to the state information, the first water level change information and the second water level change information, the liquid pumping metering of the water quality monitor is completed.
