Description
Overstock management method, equipment, storage medium and product Technical Field The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a storage medium, and a product for overstock management. Background Overstock refers to a merchant selling a reserve amount that exceeds the total amount of resources that it actually can offer. Taking the air ticket overstock as an example, the air ticket overstock refers to that an airline company still sells more air tickets than the actual seats of an airplane under the condition that the seats of the airline company are sold out, so as to cope with the seat deficiency consumption risk caused by the fact that partial passengers are not boarding after booking, thereby improving the overall benefit of the airline. In the prior art, the overstock management mostly adopts a fixed overstock proportion or a static statistical model to determine the overstock quantity, so that the problems of unilateral decision and insufficient flexibility commonly exist in the prior art, or the resource waste is caused by the insufficient overstock, or the overstock excessively increases the compensation cost and the brand reputation loss, and the dynamic balance of the maximization of the income and the controllable risk cannot be realized. Disclosure of Invention The application provides an air ticket overstock management method, equipment, a storage medium and a product, which can predict deterministic waste probability on the premise of effectively controlling overstock risks and reducing idle waste risks, further determine the predicted overstock quantity for overstock management, and realize the maximization of net income. In order to solve the above problems, the embodiment of the present application provides the following technical solutions: The first aspect provides a overstock management method, which comprises the steps of obtaining first information corresponding to a vending object, predicting deterministic waste probability of the vending object based on the first information, and predicting the overstock quantity of the vending object based on the deterministic waste probability and the first information to obtain the predicted overstock quantity of the vending object, wherein the first information comprises vending information of the vending object and/or information affecting the vending quantity of the vending object, and the deterministic waste probability refers to the probability that the vending object is reserved but the vending object is idle. According to the technical means, through acquiring the selling information of the selling objects and the related information affecting the selling quantity, the deterministic waste probability of the idle after reservation is predicted, and the overstock quantity is dynamically predicted by combining the deterministic waste probability and the first information, the overstock shortage/overstock problem caused by depending on experience or static data is avoided, and the idle waste of the selling objects is reduced to the maximum extent. In one possible implementation manner, the overstock quantity of the vending objects is predicted based on the deterministic waste probability and the first information to obtain the predicted overstock quantity of the vending objects, which can be specifically realized by performing data processing on the deterministic waste probability and the first information to obtain vending state characteristics of the vending objects, wherein the vending state characteristics are used for describing vending states of the vending objects, predicting the overstock quantity of the vending objects based on the vending state characteristics to obtain a candidate overstock quantity range, and screening candidate overstock quantity meeting screening conditions from the candidate overstock quantity range to serve as the predicted overstock quantity. According to the technical means, the specific data processing is carried out on the deterministic waste probability and the first information, the vending state characteristics for accurately describing the actual vending state of the vending object are provided, the candidate overstock quantity range is firstly defined, then the candidate overstock quantity is screened, the rigidness of single numerical value prediction is avoided, the optimal solution can be accurately determined through the screening condition, the overstock quantity and idle risk are guaranteed, the vending state is highly adaptive, and the resource idle and overstock conflict is maximally reduced. In one possible implementation manner, the candidate overstock quantity meeting the screening condition is screened out from the candidate overstock quantity range to serve as the predicted overstock quantity, and the method can be specifically realized by calculating a benefit value corresponding to each candidate overstock qua
