Abstract
The invention provides a film capacitor, which comprises a shell, an injection molding structure body, a sealing element and a potting material, wherein the shell is used for defining an installation cavity with an open top, a notch communicated with the installation cavity is formed in one side of the shell, the injection molding structure body is formed by integrally injection molding a core and a lead-out electrode, the injection molding structure body is embedded into the notch and distributed in the inside and the outside of the installation cavity, the injection molding structure body is formed with an installation groove matched with the contour of the notch, and the sealing element is installed in the installation groove and is contacted with the notch so that the injection molding structure body forms a seal at the notch, and the potting material is potted in the installation cavity. The film capacitor has a simple structure, can reduce cost, improves production efficiency, and ensures sealing consistency.

- 1. A film capacitor is characterized by comprising a shell, an injection molding structure body, a sealing element and a potting material; the shell defines the open installation cavity in top, just one side of shell be equipped with the breach of installation cavity intercommunication, the structure body of moulding plastics is by core and the integrative injection moulding of extraction electrode, the structure body of moulding plastics imbeds the breach and distribute in the inside and the outside of installation cavity, the structure body of moulding plastics have with the mounting groove of breach profile looks adaptation, the sealing member install in the mounting groove and with the breach contact, so that the structure body of moulding plastics is in breach department forms sealedly, the embedment material embedment in the installation cavity.
- 2. The film capacitor as set forth in claim 1, wherein both ends of said mounting groove are provided with bayonets, and both ends of said sealing member are engaged with both said bayonets in one-to-one correspondence.
- 3. The film capacitor of claim 2, wherein both ends of said sealing member are further provided with stopper ends for abutting against end surfaces of said bayonet to mount said sealing member to said mounting groove.
- 4. The film capacitor of claim 1 wherein said seal is made of a soft sealing material, said soft sealing material being one or more of silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomer TPE or thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer TPU.
- 5. The film capacitor of claim 1 wherein said extraction electrode is one of a lead, tab or busbar.
- 6. The thin film capacitor of claim 1, wherein there are at least two of said cores, said extraction electrode is provided through each of said cores, and said mounting groove is provided between adjacent two of said cores.

Film capacitor Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of capacitors, in particular to a thin film capacitor. Background The film capacitor is widely applied to the fields of electronic equipment, industrial control, automobiles and the like, and mainly comprises a capacitor core, a lead-out electrode, a packaging shell, an injection molding structure body, filling resin and the like. To the inside sealed film capacitor that has the structure of moulding plastics, when filling the filling resin, the easy leakage problem that appears in the cooperation position of structure of moulding plastics and shell, prior art need be sealed or for the injection molding increases the silica gel process of package and solves this problem. However, the complicated injection molding structure and the shell cannot directly form a seal, the glue coating seal needs to be performed by grooving the shell and manually coating glue, so that the defects of low production efficiency, high manufacturing cost and poor consistency of glue coating state are overcome, the manufacturing procedure is additionally increased in the way of coating the injection molding part with the silica gel, the quality risk of poor glue coating effect is also overcome, the requirement of glue leakage prevention is difficult to stably meet, and the production efficiency and the sealing reliability cannot be considered in the existing leakage prevention scheme. Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to solve at least to some extent one of the technical problems in the above-described technology. Therefore, the invention aims to provide a film capacitor which has a simple structure, can reduce cost, improves production efficiency and ensures sealing consistency. According to the film capacitor provided by the invention, the traditional mode of slotting and manually gluing the shell is abandoned, the mounting groove matched with the notch outline is integrally formed on the injection molding structure matched with the notch of the shell, and the sealing element is arranged in the mounting groove and is contacted with the notch of the shell to form the sealing structure at the matched position of the injection molding structure and the shell, so that the leakage-proof effect in filling and sealing is realized, and the additional gluing or the encapsulation process is not needed. The film capacitor has a simple structure, can reduce cost, improves production efficiency, and ensures sealing consistency. In addition, the thin film capacitor according to the above embodiment of the present invention may further have the following additional technical features: optionally, two ends of the mounting groove are respectively provided with a bayonet, and two ends of the sealing element are correspondingly clamped into the two bayonets one by one. Further, limiting ends are further arranged at two ends of the sealing element and used for abutting against the end faces of the bayonet, so that the sealing element is mounted in the mounting groove. Optionally, the seal is made of a soft sealing material, and the soft sealing material is one or more of silica gel, rubber, thermoplastic elastomer TPE or thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer TPU. Optionally, the extraction electrode is one of a lead, a tab, or a busbar.
