Claims (19)

  1. 1. The motor winding comprises a coil (10), a coil framework (20) and a magnetic conduction pole shoe (30), wherein the magnetic conduction pole shoe (30) comprises a magnetic conduction part (31), the magnetic conduction part (31) is sleeved on the coil framework (20), the coil (10) is located in a groove (21) of the coil framework (20), and the motor winding is characterized in that a plurality of pin fixing bosses (22) are arranged on the outer periphery of the coil framework (20), pins (40) are arranged on the pin fixing bosses (22), the magnetic conduction part (31) is provided with window holes (3121) corresponding to at least part of the pin fixing bosses (22), the pin fixing bosses (22) singly or in groups penetrate through the window holes (3121) corresponding to the pin fixing bosses, and magnetic conduction strips (3122) are arranged between the adjacent window holes (3121) in the circumferential direction.
  2. 2. The motor winding according to claim 1, wherein the magnetically conductive portion (31) is provided with windows (3121) corresponding to the respective pin fixing bosses (22), and the respective pin fixing bosses (22) pass through the corresponding windows (3121).

The motor winding according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic conductive portion (31) comprises a main body magnetic conductive portion (311) and a magnetic conductive member (312), the main body magnetic conductive portion (311) and the magnetic conductive member (312) are separately arranged, the main body magnetic conductive portion (311) and the magnetic conductive member (312) are connected in the circumferential direction, the window hole (3121) is formed in the magnetic conductive member (312), and the magnetic conductive member (312) is sleeved on the pin fixing boss (22) through the window hole (3121).

The motor winding according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of groups of coils (10) and bobbins (20), wherein the magnetizer (312) is provided with a plurality of rows of windows (3121) corresponding to the pin fixing bosses (22) of each group of the bobbins (20), and the plurality of rows of windows (3121) are aligned in an axial direction.
  5. 5. The electric machine winding according to claim 4, characterized in that the row of windows (3121) at the lower side of the magnetic conductor part (31) is of an open structure with openings at the lower bottom wall of the magnetic conductor body (312).

The motor winding according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a plurality of groups of coils (10) and coil bobbins (20), wherein a plurality of rows of window holes (3121) corresponding to pin fixing bosses (22) of each group of the coil bobbins (20) are provided on the magnetizer (312), and the plurality of rows of window holes (3121) are penetrated in an axial direction.

The motor winding according to claim 1, wherein the pin fixing boss (22) has a first surface (a) and a lead groove (221), the lead groove (221) is recessed from the first surface (a), the lead groove (221) extends from a root portion to an end surface of the pin fixing boss (22), and a portion of the lead (11) of the coil (10) is located in the lead groove (221) and extends along the lead groove (221) to the pin (40).
  8. 8. The motor winding according to claim 7, wherein the aperture (3121) has a first aperture wall (b) opposite to a first surface (a) of the pin fixing boss (22), a distance between the first aperture wall (b) and the first surface (a) being L,2 mm+.l+.4 mm.

The electric motor winding according to claim 8, characterized in that the first hole wall (b) of the aperture (3121) comprises a first wall portion (b-1), a second wall portion (b-2) and a third wall portion (b-3), the third wall portion (b-3) being located between the first wall portion (b-1) and the second wall portion (b-2), the third wall portion (b-3) being parallel to the first surface (a), the first wall portion (b-1) and the second wall portion (b-2) being obliquely arranged or arc-shaped.

The motor winding according to claim 7, wherein the lead groove (221) includes a first bottom wall, a portion of the lead (11) is located on a side of the first bottom wall facing the first surface (a), and a distance from the first bottom wall to the first surface (a) becomes gradually larger from a root portion to an end portion of the pin fixing boss (22).

The electrical machine winding according to claim 10, characterized in that the electrical machine winding comprises a fixture, which fixture is at least partially located in the lead slot (221), and that a portion of the lead (11) is located between the fixture and a slot bottom wall of the lead slot (221).

The electric machine winding according to claim 11, characterized in that the fixing member comprises a wedge block (222) capable of being clamped to the lead groove (221), the height of the wedge block (222) is gradually increased from one end to the other end, the wedge block (222) is embedded into the lead groove (221), and a part of the lead (11) is located between the wedge block (222) and the first bottom wall of the lead groove (221).

The motor winding according to claim 7, wherein a first isolation groove (223) and a second isolation groove (224) are respectively provided on both sides of the first surface (a) of the pin fixing boss (22), a first convex fence (225) is formed between the first isolation groove (223) and the lead groove (221), and a second convex fence (226) is formed between the second isolation groove (224) and the lead groove (221).
  14. 14. The electric machine winding according to claim 13, characterized in that the thickness (d) of the first and second protruding barriers (225, 226) is 1mm or more, and the height (h) of the first and second protruding barriers (225, 226) is 2mm or more.

The motor winding according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the thickness of the peripheral portion of the aperture (3121) is greater than the thickness of the main body portion of the magnetically permeable portion (31), or the thickness of the magnetically permeable strip (3122) is greater than the thickness of the main body portion of the magnetically permeable portion (31).
