Description
Movable mounting device for photovoltaic installation Technical Field The present invention relates to a mounting device for a movable frame designed to support a photovoltaic panel, in particular to provide for the attachment between two adjacent frames by means of a hinged attachment system, allowing the frames to be attached with a variable angle between them and with a minimum amount of space. Background Devices for the deployment system of photovoltaic panels on terrain, so that they facilitate the installation, removal and transfer of said panels, are well known nowadays in the field of renewable energy and very particularly in the field of photovoltaic energy. However, such systems may be expensive and have a greater limit in terms of the number of photovoltaic panels to be installed, since such systems have previously defined a structure for a specific number of photovoltaic panels, and from a constructional point of view they may be bulky in their folded state and more expensive to manufacture, since they require guiding means, for example for an unfolded railway or track. For this reason, there is still a need to find a device with an attachment system that is easy to manufacture and therefore also economically cheaper. Furthermore, applicant is presently unaware of any invention having all of the features described in this specification. Disclosure of Invention It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting device for a photovoltaic installation that is configured to be novel in the field of application and that solves the previously mentioned drawbacks, with other additional advantages that will be apparent from the following description. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a movable mounting device for a photovoltaic installation, the mounting device being arranged for attachment between two adjacent frames by means of a hinged attachment system, each frame being configured to support at least one photovoltaic panel, comprising: A first fixed section connected to the frame of the photovoltaic panel; a second fixed segment connected to the frame of a second adjacent photovoltaic panel, the first and second fixed segments being associated with each other by a shaft, wherein an end of the shaft is coupled to a mobility element, and And a restriction device configured to restrict a deployment angle defined by the two frames. In particular, the invention is characterized in that the shaft is constituted by a single oblong piece with a plurality of segments of different diameters, whereby a first segment configured for coupling the mobility element, a second segment having a diameter larger than the first segment, a third segment configured for functioning as a stop for the articulation attachment system and the mobility element, and a fourth segment, having a diameter different from the first segment, configured for coupling to the first and second fixed segments of the articulation attachment system, are provided in order from the outer portion to the inner portion, the fourth segment being provided with a threaded zone configured for coupling the threaded stop element. Preferably, the mobility element comprises a wheel. According to the present invention, the above-mentioned restraining means includes a tension member capable of changing its length, each of its both ends being fixed to an attachment member connected to the shaft. Preferably, the attachment member as part of the device of the invention comprises a body having an elongated shape on a longitudinal axis, the body having a first central region arranged for coupling to the shaft, and two attachment regions at the ends, each attachment region having a hook-shaped end defined by a groove portion, such that the tensioning member may be releasably coupled in the groove portion. According to the invention, the elongated body forming the attachment member has a central section with an offset section lying in a plane parallel to the rest of the body when seen in a side view. Preferably, the tension member is a chain with a plurality of links, but other tension members may be used, such as a metal cable with high mechanical strength. In addition, the device may comprise an anchoring device connectable to the shaft, the anchoring device being configured to keep the wheel immovable on the support surface or the ground. Preferably, the anchoring means comprise a rod which can be fixed at one end to the shaft mentioned above, wherein the wheel is coupled to the shaft and the other end of the rod is attached to the plate. According to the invention, the threaded stop element present on the shaft may be a conventional nut, thereby simplifying the installation process. As a result of such a mounting system, not only is portability of the photovoltaic panel and arrangement at a variable tilt angle (e.g. 15 ° -20 °) with respect to the horizontal plane of the ground facilitated in order to optimize energy effici
