The mounting and dispensing method disclosed by the invention can be suitable for the ultra-small military surface mount crystal elements with the packaging size specifications of SMD2520 and below, can solve and avoid the problems that the product after the sealing cover is short-circuited and the like easily caused after the internal bare quartz vibrator is dispensed, and can also ensure the high reliability of the military quartz crystal element under the complex application environments such as severe tolerance, thermal and mechanical conditions and the like.
