Claims (18)
- 1. An electronic device, comprising: the middle frame comprises a middle plate, wherein the middle plate is provided with a first side and a second side along the thickness direction of the middle plate, and a through hole penetrating through the first side and the second side is formed in the middle plate; a first member, at least a portion of the first member being located on a first side of the midplane; a functional module located on the first side or the second side of the middle plate; a circuit board located on a different side of the middle plate from the functional module; The connecting wire penetrates through the through hole, a first electric connecting part and a second electric connecting part are arranged at the end part of the connecting wire, the first electric connecting part is electrically connected with the functional module, and the second electric connecting part is electrically connected with the circuit board; The connecting wire is positioned between the elastic sealing component and the middle plate, or between the elastic sealing component and the first component, or penetrates through the elastic sealing component.

The electronic device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the elastic sealing member further includes a second elastic sealing member, the first elastic sealing member and the second elastic sealing member are located on both sides of the connection line, respectively, in a thickness direction of the middle plate, the first elastic sealing member, the connection line, and the second elastic sealing member are stacked, and in a width direction of the connection line, the second elastic sealing member covers the connection line.
- 6. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein the second resilient sealing member is a non-closed structure and extends a predetermined length circumferentially along the through-hole.
- 7. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the resilient sealing member comprises closed cell foam; or the elastic sealing member comprises a silicone rubber.
- 8. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the elastic sealing member is bonded to the first member or/and the middle plate by an adhesive member.
- 9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the adhesive means comprises a back adhesive or a glue layer formed by curing a liquid glue.

The electronic device of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first member includes an extension body extending from the elastic sealing member toward the circuit board, a passage through which the connection line passes is provided between the extension body and the middle board, a gap communicating with the passage is provided between the extension body and the circuit board, and the connection line passes through the gap to be connected to a side of the circuit board facing away from the middle board.
- 11. The electronic device of claim 10, wherein the middle plate is further provided with a first boss and a second boss, a limiting groove is formed between the first boss and the second boss, the channel comprises the limiting groove, and the connecting line portion is located inside the limiting groove.

The electronic device of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the connection line includes at least two sequentially electrically connected segments along a length direction of the connection line, defined as a first segment to an nth segment, respectively, the first electrical connection portion being disposed in the first segment, and the second electrical connection portion being disposed in the nth segment, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2.

The electronic device of any one of claims 1-12, wherein the functional module comprises a fingerprint recognition module, the electronic device further comprising a display screen mounted on the second side of the midplane, the fingerprint recognition module being integrated with the display screen or the fingerprint recognition module being located between the display screen and the midplane.

The electronic device of claim 13, wherein the fingerprint recognition module comprises a fingerprint sensor and a fingerprint processor, the fingerprint processor is integrated with the connection wire, the fingerprint sensor is electrically connected to the first electrical connection, and the fingerprint processor receives the signal of the fingerprint sensor through the connection wire.
- 15. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-14, wherein the first member comprises a sound emitting assembly on a same side of the midplane as the circuit board and on a bottom of the electronic device, the sound emitting assembly electrically connected to the circuit board.
- 16. The electronic device of claim 14, wherein the sound emitting assembly is partially located inside the through hole.

The electronic device of any one of claims 1-16, wherein the middle frame has a battery compartment located on a second side of the middle plate, the through-hole is open in an area of the middle plate located outside the battery compartment, and the circuit board and the through-hole are located on the same side of the battery compartment.

The electronic device of claim 17, the middle frame further comprising a frame, the frame being disposed around a circumference of the middle plate, the frame further being provided with at least one of a sound outlet, a USB interface, or a card holder mounting hole on an outer wall of the circuit board on a side away from the battery compartment, wherein the sound outlet is provided with sealing foam, and/or the USB interface is provided with a sealing gum cover, and/or the card holder mounting hole is provided with a sealing gum cover.
