Description

Method for transmitting synchronous signal block and related device Technical Field The present application relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for transmitting a synchronization signal block. Background In a carrier aggregation (carrier aggregation, CA) scenario, after the terminal device accesses the primary cell (PRIMARY CELL, PCell), the access network device may start a configuration procedure of a secondary cell (SCell) to configure at least one secondary cell for the terminal device to provide additional radio resources. In the process of configuring the secondary cell for the terminal device, the terminal device can perform operations such as cell search, measurement, synchronization, activation and the like based on the synchronization signal block (synchronization signal block, SSB) sent by the access network device. To reduce network side overhead and power consumption, new Radio (NR) currently supports various SSB-related power saving techniques. Taking on-demand SSB (on-demand SSB) as an example, when there is no demand (such as cell measurement, time-frequency synchronization, activation of secondary cells, etc.), the access network device does not send SSB on the secondary cell of the terminal device, and when there is a demand, the access network device sends SSB on the secondary cell of the terminal device. The supporting access network device in the existing scheme indicates to the terminal device the transmission of the SSB sent on demand via a radio resource control (radio resource control, RRC) message. Disclosure of Invention The application provides a transmission method of a synchronous signal block and a related device, which are beneficial to reducing the power consumption caused by the transmission of SSB (secure signal bus) transmitted according to the need. In a first aspect, a method for transmitting a synchronization signal block is provided, where the method may be performed by a first communication device, where the first communication device may be a terminal device, a component (such as a processor, a chip, or a chip system) configured in the terminal device, or a logic module or software capable of implementing all or part of a terminal function, which is not limited in this application. The method includes receiving an RRC message indicating transmission of the on-demand SSB and/or parameter configuration of the on-demand SSB, transmitting a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement, HARQ-ACK) message for the RRC message at a first time, and listening for the on-demand SSB from a second time, the second time being a time after a first time interval offset from the first time. In the application, the starting time of the first communication device monitoring the SSB sent on demand is the time after the first time interval is shifted from the beginning of the first communication device sending the HARQ-ACK message for the RRC message, thus being beneficial to avoiding the condition that the first communication device performs blind search due to the unknown monitoring time of the SSB sent on demand, and being beneficial to reducing the power consumption of the first communication device. In addition, the time at which the HARQ-ACK message is located is used as a reference time for starting to offset the first time interval, so that the first communication device can start to monitor the SSB sent on demand as early as possible under the condition that the SSB to be sent on demand is determined to be transmitted, which is beneficial to improving the transmission efficiency of the SSB. In a second aspect, a method for transmitting a synchronization signal block is provided, where the method may be performed by a second communications apparatus, where the second communications apparatus may be an access network device, a component (such as a processor, a chip, or a chip system) configured in the access network device, or a logic module or software capable of implementing all or part of the functions of the access network device, and the application is not limited to this. The method includes transmitting an RRC message indicating transmission of the on-demand SSB and/or parameter configuration of the on-demand SSB, receiving an HARQ-ACK message for the RRC message at a first time, and transmitting the on-demand SSB from a second time, the second time being a time after a first time interval offset from the first time. In the present application, the start time of the second communication apparatus transmitting the SSB transmitted on demand is a time after a first time interval from the start of receiving the HARQ-ACK message for the RRC message. This is advantageous in avoiding the waste of power consumption caused by the second communication device transmitting the SSB on demand before the first time, but the first communication device being unable to monitor normally.
