Description
Shell, manufacturing method thereof and electronic equipment Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to a shell, a preparation method thereof and electronic equipment. Background The artificial stone is a composite material imitating the appearance and texture of natural stone, and is widely applied to industries such as building, kitchen and toilet, medical treatment and the like in a unique, natural and attractive 3D texture. However, artificial stones are poor in ductility, poor in deformation resistance when subjected to impact or other forms of external force, and prone to breakage. Particularly, when the electronic device is applied to a casing of the electronic device, the thickness of the casing is usually thin, for example, the casing made of artificial stone cannot meet the manufacturing and using requirements of the casing. Disclosure of Invention Based on the above, the first aspect of the present application provides a housing, which has the following technical scheme: The shell comprises an artificial stone layer, a light-transmitting adhesive layer and a light-transmitting composite resin layer, wherein the light-transmitting adhesive layer is positioned between the artificial stone layer and the light-transmitting composite resin layer, and the light-transmitting composite resin layer is made of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. The second aspect of the application provides a method for preparing a shell, which has the following technical scheme: a method of manufacturing a shell comprising the steps of: Arranging glue between the artificial stone layer and the light-transmitting composite resin layer, wherein the light-transmitting composite resin layer is made of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate; and curing the glue to form a light-transmitting glue layer between the artificial stone layer and the light-transmitting composite resin layer. The third aspect of the present application provides an electronic device, which has the following technical scheme: An electronic device comprises a display module, a circuit board and a shell, wherein the shell is prepared by the preparation method as described above or the shell is prepared by the preparation method as described above; the display module and the shell are surrounded to form an accommodating space; The circuit board is located in the accommodating space and is electrically connected with the display module. Compared with the traditional scheme, the application has the following beneficial effects: According to the application, the artificial stone layer is used in the shell, and the light-transmitting composite resin layer is connected to the artificial stone layer through the light-transmitting adhesive layer, the light-transmitting composite resin layer is made of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate, and when an external force from one side of the light-transmitting composite resin layer is received, the light-transmitting composite resin layer made of the above materials can absorb instant energy generated by the external force, so that the artificial stone layer is not easy to break even if the artificial stone layer is thinner. The artificial stone layer and the light-transmitting composite resin layer are combined to form the integral structure, so that the integral structure is good in ductility, can effectively resist deformation, is good in impact resistance (such as drop resistance), and can meet the manufacturing and use requirements of the shell. And because the light-transmitting composite resin layer and the light-transmitting adhesive layer are light-transmitting, the display of the textures of the artificial stone layer is not affected, and the shell has unique and natural appearance decoration effect.
