Abstract
A slide rail device comprises an outer rail unit, a middle rail unit and an inner rail unit. The outer rail unit includes an outer rail having an outer first end and an outer second end opposite the outer first end and at least one outer stop adjacent the outer second end. The middle rail unit comprises a middle rail which can be movably arranged on the outer rail and a clamping piece pivoted on the middle rail, the middle rail is provided with a middle first end adjacent to the outer first end and a middle second end opposite to the middle first end, and the clamping piece can be blocked by the outer blocking block to prevent the middle rail from moving relative to the outer rail. The inner rail unit comprises an inner rail which can be movably arranged on the middle rail and a driving piece which is arranged on the inner rail, and when the inner rail moves from the middle first end to the middle second end, the driving piece can push the clamping piece to pivot upwards so as to release the blocking relation between the clamping piece and the outer stop block.

Claims (12)
- 1. The sliding rail device is suitable for being arranged in a server case and is characterized by comprising: An outer rail unit comprising an outer rail having an outer first end, an outer second end opposite the outer first end, and at least one outer stop adjacent the outer second end; the middle rail unit comprises a middle rail movably arranged on the outer rail and a clamping piece pivoted on the middle rail, the middle rail is provided with a middle first end adjacent to the outer first end and a middle second end opposite to the middle first end, the clamping piece can be blocked by the outer blocking block to prevent the middle rail from moving relative to the outer rail, and The inner rail unit comprises an inner rail which can be movably arranged on the middle rail and is suitable for being arranged on the server case and a driving piece arranged on the inner rail, and when the inner rail moves from the middle first end to the middle second end, the driving piece can push the clamping piece to upwards pivot so as to release the blocking relation between the clamping piece and the outer stop block.

The slide rail device according to claim 1, wherein the middle rail further has a middle outer surface facing the outer rail and a middle inner surface opposite to the middle outer surface and facing the inner rail, the locking member has a pivoting portion pivotally provided on the middle outer surface and a locking portion connected to the pivoting portion passing through the middle rail and protruding from the middle inner surface, the pivoting portion is blocked by the outer block, and the locking portion is pushed by the driver to pivot the locking member upward.

The slide rail device of claim 2, wherein the locking member further comprises a joint portion connected to the pivot portion and extending away from the second end of the middle rail, the middle rail further forms a locking movable groove, and the middle rail unit further comprises a locking elastic member connected to the joint portion and disposed in the locking movable groove.

The slide rail device according to claim 2, wherein the inner rail has an inner middle surface facing the middle rail, the driver has a body portion disposed on the inner middle surface and a blocking portion extending upward from the body portion, and the body portion and the blocking portion are both capable of pushing the blocking portion to pivot upward to release the blocking relationship between the blocking portion and the outer stopper.

The slide rail device according to claim 4, wherein the intermediate rail is movable between a retracted position and an extended position, the inner rail is movable from the intermediate first end to the intermediate second end, the intermediate rail overlaps the outer rail when the intermediate rail is moved to the intermediate second end in the retracted position, the locking portion is locked to the locking portion, the intermediate rail is movable from the retracted position to the extended position when the driver releases the locking relationship between the locking member and the outer stopper, and the inner rail is synchronously moved by the locking portion being locked to the locking portion when the intermediate rail is returned to the retracted position from the extended position.

The slide rail device according to claim 1, wherein the middle rail unit further comprises a locking member pivotally provided to the middle rail, the middle rail being movable between a retracted position in which the middle rail overlaps the outer rail and the stopper is stopped by the outer stopper, and an extended position in which the locking member is stopped by the outer stopper to prevent the middle rail from being retracted relative to the outer rail.

The slide rail device according to claim 6, wherein the middle rail further has a middle outer surface facing the outer rail and a middle inner surface opposite to the middle outer surface and facing the inner rail, and the locking member has an abutting portion pivotally provided on the middle outer surface, a connecting portion connecting the abutting portion, and a locking portion extending downward from the connecting portion, the locking portion being capable of being stopped by the outer stopper to prevent the middle rail from being retracted relative to the outer rail.

The slide rail apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the middle rail unit further includes a link member movably disposed on the middle outer face and a pushing member movably disposed on the middle outer face and abutting the link member, the pushing member being operable to push the link member toward the middle first end to push the locking member to pivot to release the locking portion from the blocking relation with the outer stopper.

The slide rail apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the link member forms a push-on slope, and the abutment portion forms an abutment slope corresponding to the push-on slope, and the push-on slope is capable of contacting the abutment slope to pivot the abutment portion downward and the lock portion upward.
- 10. The slide rail apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the middle rail further comprises a locking movable groove, and the middle rail unit further comprises a locking elastic member connected to the connecting portion and provided in the locking movable groove.
- 11. The slide rail apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the center rail unit further includes a center stopper provided to the center rail and protruding from the center inner surface and extending away from the center inner surface, and the inner rail unit further includes an operating member pivotally provided to the inner rail, the operating member being capable of being stopped by the center stopper to prevent the inner rail from protruding relative to the center rail, the operating member being capable of being operated to pivot downward to release the stopping relationship with the center stopper.

The slide rail device according to claim 11, wherein the operating member has a pivot portion pivotally provided to the inner rail, an operating portion connecting the pivot portion to extend toward the middle second end and protruding the inner rail, and an engaging portion extending upward from the pivot portion, the engaging portion being capable of being stopped by the middle stopper, the operating portion being capable of being operated to pivot downward to release the stopping relationship between the engaging portion and the middle stopper.

The length of the inner rail is shorter than that of the middle rail, the length of the inner rail is smaller than half of that of the middle rail, a user can drive the inner rail to move relative to the middle rail in the process of pulling out the server case, and further drive the middle rail to be pulled out relative to the outer rail, but before the inner rail is pulled out relative to the middle rail, the middle rail protrudes relative to the outer rail, so that the user is easily scratched by the middle rail in the operation process, and safety doubts exist, and therefore, improvement is still provided. Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to provide a slide rail device which solves at least one of the above-mentioned problems.
