CN-122002745-A - Electronic device
Abstract
The disclosure provides an electronic device, which comprises a panel, a protection plate and a casing. The panel has a first surface and a second surface. The protection board is arranged above the panel and is provided with a third surface and a fourth surface. The shell comprises a first side cover and a second side cover. The third surface of the protection plate is attached to the second surface of the panel, and a first flow passage is formed between the panel and the first side cover, so that a first air flow flows between the first surface and the first side cover. The fourth surface of the protection plate is close to the second side cover, and a second flow channel is arranged between the protection plate and the second side cover, so that the second air flow contacts the fourth surface of the protection plate.

Description
Electronic device Technical Field The disclosure relates to an electronic device, and more particularly, to an electronic device with heat dissipation effect. Background A head-up display (HUD) displays the mainstream for future cabins. The high temperature environment of the head-up display due to the high brightness specification may cause the components to be damaged or melted. In addition, the panel also generates serious overheating problems due to the high power operation of the head-up display and the sun exposure, so that serious product failure is caused. Therefore, how to reduce or control the effect of heat of the head-up display on the display quality, safety, reliability of the high-power head-up display remains an important issue for the art. Disclosure of Invention The disclosure is directed to an electronic device having a heat dissipation effect. According to an embodiment of the invention, an electronic device comprises a panel, a protection plate and a shell. Based on the above, in the embodiments of the disclosure, a first flow channel is formed between the panel and the first side cover, so that a first air flow can flow between the first surface of the panel and the first side cover, and a second flow channel is formed between the protection plate and the second side cover, so that a second air flow can contact a fourth surface of the protection plate. Therefore, heat is taken away from the upper side and the lower side (or the front side and the back side) of the panel in a cladding type convection heat dissipation mode, and the electronic device disclosed by the invention can achieve the effect of uniformly dissipating heat and reducing temperature. In order to make the above features and advantages of the present disclosure more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
