Description
Removing processing machine Technical Field The present disclosure relates to a removal processing machine. Background Conventionally, a removal processing machine is known that performs removal processing on a workpiece using a tool held by a spindle. The spindle head of the fixed spindle is provided with various components such as a tool changing mechanism, a motor, and air-related equipment. In order to protect these members from scattered materials such as chips and cutting fluid mist generated by machining, a spindle head cover is attached to the spindle head (for example, refer to patent document 1). The removal machine may be provided with a cover for preventing scattering of scattered objects such as chips and cutting fluid mist around the removal machine. The cover is disposed so as to surround the outside of the main component of the removal processing machine, and a processing chamber is formed by the space inside the cover. In order to prevent foreign matter adhering to the cover from entering the spindle head, the spindle head cover is configured such that an end portion of the spindle head cover is always exposed from an upper portion of the processing chamber to an outside of the processing chamber, so that the spindle head cover can be protected to a position higher than a bottom surface of the top cover even when the spindle head cover is disposed inside a top cover constituting a top portion of the cover and the spindle head is disposed at a lowermost point of a mechanical operation. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-142054 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention When maintenance is performed on a component such as a spindle motor provided in a spindle head, the spindle head cover needs to be removed. Since the spindle head is fixed by a plurality of fastening members, it is necessary to release all of the fastening members when the spindle head is detached. However, in order to suppress vibrations of the spindle head when the removal processing machine is driven, some of the plurality of fastening members provided in the spindle head are disposed at the end of the spindle head. As a result, since a part of the fastening members are always disposed outside the processing chamber of the removal processing machine, the operator cannot access all the fastening members from the inside of the processing chamber. In this case, the operator needs to use a step stool or the like to release the fastening member from the outside of the processing chamber at the upper part of the removal processing machine, and workability is extremely poor. The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a removal processing machine that can easily access a fastening member of a spindle head cover from the inside of a processing chamber. Solution for solving the problem The present disclosure relates to a removal processing machine including a spindle that holds a tool, a spindle motor that is connected to the spindle and rotates the spindle, a spindle head to which the spindle and the spindle motor are attached, a spindle head cover that is fixed to the spindle head and protects the spindle and the spindle motor from scattered matter generated by processing, a driving mechanism that advances and retreats the spindle head in an axial direction of the spindle, and a cover that divides a processing chamber and prevents the scattered matter from scattering outside the processing chamber, wherein a fastening member provided to the spindle head cover is positioned inside the processing chamber when the spindle head is positioned at any one of coordinates in a coordinate region where the spindle head is advanced and retreated by the driving mechanism, and fastening and unfastening the fastening member can be performed from inside the processing chamber.
