Abstract
The present invention provides a resin composition capable of providing a film having a low yellowness while maintaining good rebound resilience. A resin composition comprising 1 or more resins (A) selected from the group consisting of polyamide imide resins and polyamide resins, a fibrous alumina filler (B), and a crosslinking agent (C) containing 2 or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of hydroxymethyl and alkoxymethyl groups.

Claims (9)
- 1. A resin composition comprising: 1 or more resins (A) selected from polyamide imide resins and polyamide resins, fibrous alumina filler (B), and A crosslinking agent (C) containing 2 or more functional groups selected from 1 or more of hydroxymethyl and alkoxymethyl groups.
- 2. The resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the component (A) is a polyamideimide resin.
- 3. The resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the component (B) is an alumina filler of boehmite type or pseudo-boehmite type.
- 4. The resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the component (C) is a crosslinking agent having a melamine skeleton or a crosslinking agent having a benzoguanamine skeleton.
- 5. The resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the component (B) is 1 to 50 parts by mass and the component (C) is 0.1 to 50 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the component (A).
- 6. A film comprising the resin composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
- 7. The film according to claim 6, wherein R is 0.93 to 2.00MPa based on the following formula (1), R=α·ε/2 (1) Wherein alpha is yield strength, unit is MPa, and epsilon is yield strain.
- 8. The film according to claim 6, wherein the yellowness index is 0 or more and 3.0 or less.
- 9. A display device provided with the film of claim 6.
Description
Resin composition, film and display device Technical Field The invention relates to a resin composition, a film and a display device. Background In order to further improve portability of portable information terminals such as smart phones and tablet computers, foldable devices have recently been attracting attention. As a member such as a cover window used for a display constituting such a foldable device, glass has been conventionally used. However, glass is a rigid material, and a film using a polymer is used from the viewpoint of flexibility. Polymer films are required to have not only flexibility but also excellent mechanical properties and excellent optical properties. In order to meet such a demand, for example, patent document 1 proposes a polymer film formed from a resin composition containing a resin component containing a resin having an imide structure and an amide structure and a fibrous alumina filler dispersed in the resin composition in a state where the average fiber diameter is 4 to 30nm and the average fiber length is 200 to 4,000 nm. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 International publication No. 2021/221118 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention The polymer film is required to be less likely to cause stress marks or bending marks (hereinafter referred to as "fold marks") on the film surface even when repeatedly folded as envisaged in a foldable device or when kept in a folded state for a long period of time. In this regard, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2022-135876 discloses controlling the rebound resilience of a polyimide film in order to improve the recovery force of the film against physical deformation caused by an external force. The polymer film of patent document 1 has excellent mechanical properties, but has room for improvement in rebound resilience. In addition, as a polymer material for a display, colorless transparency, particularly low yellowness, is required. Therefore, in order to suppress the occurrence of fold marks, a polymer film having high rebound resilience and low yellowness is required. Solution for solving the problem The present inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above problems, and have found that the rebound resilience of a film obtained using a resin composition containing 1 or more resins selected from the group consisting of a polyamideimide resin and a polyamide resin can be improved by blending a thermally reactive crosslinking agent in the resin composition. However, when the resin composition further contains a fibrous alumina filler, the yellowness of a film obtained by using the resin composition may be greatly increased depending on the type of the thermally reactive crosslinking agent. The present inventors have further studied in order to reduce the yellowness, and have found that a film obtained by using the resin composition maintains good rebound resilience and has a low yellowness by compounding a crosslinking agent containing 2 or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of a hydroxymethyl group and an alkoxymethyl group as a thermally reactive crosslinking agent, thereby completing the present invention. The gist of the present invention is as follows. [1] A resin composition comprising: 1 or more resins (A) selected from polyamide imide resins and polyamide resins, fibrous alumina filler (B), and A crosslinking agent (C) containing 2 or more functional groups selected from 1 or more of hydroxymethyl and alkoxymethyl groups. [2] The resin composition according to [1], wherein the component (A) is a polyamideimide resin. [3] The resin composition according to [1] or [2], wherein the component (B) is an alumina filler of boehmite type or pseudo-boehmite type. [4] The resin composition according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the component (C) is a crosslinking agent having a melamine skeleton or a crosslinking agent having a benzoguanamine skeleton. [5] The resin composition according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein the component (B) is 1 to 50 parts by mass and the component (C) is 0.1 to 50 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the component (A). [6] A film comprising the resin composition according to any one of [1] to [5 ]. [7] The film according to [6], wherein R is 0.93 to 2.00MPa based on the following formula (1). R=α·ε/2 (1) Wherein α is the yield strength (unit: MPa), and ε is the yield strain. [8] The film according to [6] or [7], wherein the yellow index is 0 or more and 3.0 or less. [9] A display device comprising a film according to any one of [6] to [8 ]. ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION According to the resin composition of the present invention, a film having a low yellowness while maintaining good rebound resilience can be provided.
