Claims (16)

  1. 1. A heat-insulating and sound-absorbing coating composition comprising a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a foaming capsule, and a ceramic-based heat-insulating pigment, Wherein the foaming capsule is a core-shell structure foaming capsule consisting of a polymer shell and a foaming agent core.

The coating composition for heat insulation and sound absorption according to claim 1, wherein the coating composition comprises 5 to 30 parts by weight of the plasticizer, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of the foamed capsule, and 5 to 20 parts by weight of the heat insulation pigment based on 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin.

The heat-insulating and sound-absorbing coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is at least one selected from the group consisting of di (2-ethylhexyl) adipate (DEHA), dimethyl adipate (DMAD), monomethyl adipate (MMAD), dioctyl adipate (DOA), dibutyl sebacate (DBS), dibutyl maleate (DBM), diisobutyl maleate (DIBM), and trimethyl amyl diisobutyrate.
  4. 4. The coating composition for heat insulation and sound absorption according to claim 1, wherein the polymer shell of the foamed capsule is composed of at least one olefin resin selected from polypropylene and polyethylene.

The coating composition for heat insulation and sound absorption according to claim 1, wherein the foaming agent core of the foaming capsule comprises at least one foaming agent selected from azodicarbonamide, carboxyazodicarbonamide, benzenesulfonyl hydrazide, dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine, toluenesulfonyl hydrazide, azobisisobutyronitrile, barium azodicarbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate and p, p' -oxybis (benzenesulfonyl hydrazide).
  6. 6. The coating composition for heat insulation and sound absorption according to claim 1, wherein the foamed capsule has an average particle diameter of 5 μm to 20 μm.
  7. 7. The heat-insulating and sound-absorbing coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the ceramic-based heat-insulating pigment is at least one selected from the group consisting of Fe 2 O 3 /mica, tiO 2 /mica, tiO 2 -Cr 2 O 3 , montmorillonite, illite, zeolite, siO 2 , and Al 2 O 3 .
  8. 8. The heat-insulating and sound-absorbing coating composition according to claim 1, further comprising 5 to 20 parts by weight of a solvent based on 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin.
  9. 9. The heat-insulating and sound-absorbing coating composition according to claim 8, wherein the solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of solvent naphtha, toluene, xylene, isopropyl alcohol, cellosolve acetate and butyl cellosolve.

A coated steel sheet excellent in heat insulation and sound absorption properties, comprising a steel sheet, a pretreatment layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, and a coating layer formed on the pretreatment layer, Wherein the coating comprises the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing coating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

A method for producing a coated steel sheet excellent in heat insulation and sound absorption properties, comprising a step of forming a pretreatment layer on a steel sheet, and a step of forming a coating layer on the pretreatment layer, Wherein the step of forming a coating layer comprises the steps of coating the coating composition for heat insulation and sound absorption according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and drying the coated composition.
