Description

Machine with integrated immersed motor, in particular immersed motor stirrer or immersed motor pump Technical Field The invention relates to a machine, in particular a submersible motor stirrer or a submersible motor pump, with an integrated submersible motor (Tauchmotor, sometimes referred to as a submersible motor), with a housing and with a plurality of integrated sensors. Background An immersed motor pump is a pump with a motor whose hydraulic components (e.g., pump housing, impeller, and guide) and its motor are submerged in a conveying medium. An immersed motor stirrer is a stirring device with an open axial propeller hydraulic device and an immersed motor driving the propeller. Immersed motor pumps and immersed motor agitators are often assembled at difficult-to-access installation sites, so that monitoring via remote access is desirable. The increasing demands for safety and monitoring capabilities of machines, and the increasing demand for digital products, necessitate a larger range and more complex sensor installation inside such machines. The use of meaningful but still cost-effective sensors, the centralization of information evaluations and the data transmission via cost-effective wires are set by the targets required by the market. Heretofore, the sensor devices installed in the machine are connected to an external control unit via special data lines, which makes the installation and wiring effort particularly complex. Disclosure of Invention It is therefore an object of the present invention to find an improved solution idea which can reduce the installation effort, while at the same time satisfying the higher demands on the digitizing and monitoring functionality. This object is achieved by a machine according to the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the machine are the subject of the dependent claims. According to the invention, a sensor module is arranged in the machine, which sensor module is provided with a plurality of connections as measurement inputs. The coupling serves as a measurement input for a plurality of sensors arranged in the machine. Furthermore, the sensor module is equipped with a microcontroller which is configured to process, in particular digitize, at least a part of the incoming measured values of the coupled sensor. The sensor module furthermore comprises a digital communication interface, which can be connected to an external evaluation unit. The microcontroller is configured to transmit the processed, in particular digitized, measured values to a remotely located evaluation unit via a digital transmission path. In other words, the sensor module acts as a gateway which bundles, processes and in particular digitizes different measured values provided by different sensors inside the machine in order to transmit the measured values in bundles via a unique data line to an external evaluation unit. In particular, it is provided that the sensor module has a corresponding communication interface for connection to the digital bus line, so that the digitized sensor values can be transmitted via the bus system to an external evaluation unit. By integrating the sensor module and its gateway functionality, no separate data line to the external evaluation unit for the installed sensor is required. Instead, the laying of individual lines is limited to wiring inside the machine. Starting from the sensor module, a single communication line to the evaluation unit is sufficient, which greatly simplifies the wiring effort and thus the overall installation and starting of the machine. Furthermore, a more robust data transmission system can be provided, since the digitized measurement value transmission ensures a better fault protection mechanism. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the common digital transmission path between the sensor module and the external evaluation unit is a four-wire bus system. In an ideal case, the energy supply of the machine, in particular of the immersed motor, is also achieved via a four-wire bus system, which ensures a further simplification in the wiring. In addition to the energy supply, an exchange of any control signals from the external evaluation unit to the machine can also be provided. Furthermore, the sensor module may have one or more integrated sensors, such as, for example, vibration sensors arranged directly on the circuit board. The vibration measurement values can likewise be processed or digitized by the integrated controller of the sensor module and transmitted to an external evaluation unit via a digital transmission path. A coupling interface (e.g., in the form of a cable terminal) is used to couple the different sensor types. Preferably, the machine comprises one or more temperature sensors which detect temperature measurements at safety-critical parts of the machine and transmit them to the sensor module via the coupling terminals. It is conceivable to use different tempera
