Description
Application of gingerol in preventing and treating rice blast Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of rice blast prevention and treatment, in particular to application of gingerol in preventing and treating rice blast. Background The rice blast caused by ascomycetes can seriously affect the quality and yield of rice, and cause great economic loss for grain production. In the early years, the rice blast is mainly prevented and treated by cultivating new rice blast resistant varieties, chemical agents and the like. In recent years, scientists have achieved a lot of achievements and major breakthroughs in rice blast disease resistance breeding, but problems in rice blast disease resistance research are still needed to be solved. Meanwhile, chemical agent prevention and control can not only cause environmental pollution but also increase cost. Therefore, from the viewpoint of molecular biotechnology, in combination with chemical control, it is very necessary to develop novel green pollution-free rice blast resistant compounds. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide application of zingiberene in preventing and treating rice blast, and the zingiberene is used for preparing a rice blast preventing and treating bacteriostat for preventing and treating rice blast. Compared with the existing rice blast resistant products on the market, the inhibitor provided by the invention has fewer residues and obvious effect. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: The invention provides application of gingerol in preventing and treating rice blast. Preferably, the concentration of the zingiberene for preventing rice blast is 10-100 mu M. The invention provides application of gingerol in preparation of a rice blast inhibitor. Preferably, the concentration of the zingiberene in the Pyricularia oryzae inhibitor is 10-100 mu M. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: The invention provides application of zingiberene in preventing and controlling rice blast, and also provides a rice blast fungus inhibitor prepared from zingiberene, and compared with similar rice blast fungus resistant products sold on the market, the inhibitor has the dual technical advantages of low residue and remarkable preventing and controlling effect, meets the core requirements of green development of agriculture, provides a brand new technical scheme for developing environment-friendly, green and pollution-free efficient antibacterial agents, and has important significance for promoting green and sustainable development of rice planting industry. Drawings FIG. 1 shows identification and screening of sesquiterpenes (curcumene, zingiberene, sesquiphellandrene, bergamotene) for inhibiting Pyricularia oryzae, wherein A-C are effects of zingiberene on the growth diameter and spore density of Pyricularia oryzae strain TMC-1, D-F are effects of curcumene on the growth diameter and spore density of Pyricularia oryzae strain TMC-1, G-I are effects of sesquiphellandrene on the growth diameter and spore density of Pyricularia oryzae strain TMC-1, and J-L are effects of bergamotene on the growth diameter and spore density of Pyricularia oryzae strain TMC-1; FIG. 2 shows the effect of zingiberene on the growth diameter and spore density of Pyricularia oryzae strain Guy11, wherein A is a picture of the growth phenotype of Pyricularia oryzae strain Guy11 after treatment with zingiberene at different concentrations, B is the colony diameter of Pyricularia oryzae strain Guy11 after treatment with zingiberene at different concentrations, and C is the spore density of Pyricularia oryzae strain Guy11 after treatment with zingiberene at different concentrations; FIG. 3 shows the effect of zingiberene in preventing and treating rice blast, wherein A is a picture of the disease phenotype of rice blast after treatment with zingiberene of different concentrations, B is the lesion area of rice blast after treatment with zingiberene of different concentrations, and C is the biomass of Pyricularia oryzae in rice after treatment with zingiberene of different concentrations. Detailed Description The invention provides application of gingerol in preventing and treating rice blast. In the invention, the concentration of the zingiberene for preventing and treating rice blast is preferably 10-100 mu M, and more preferably 50 mu M. The invention also provides application of the gingerol in preparation of a rice blast inhibitor. In the present invention, the concentration of zingiberene in the Pyricularia oryzae inhibitor is preferably 10 to 100. Mu.M, more preferably 50. Mu.M. The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. Example 1 Identification and screening of the inhibition of rice blast fungi are carried out on sesquiterpen
