CN-122004211-A - Bactericidal composition containing geraniol or citronellol and application thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a sterilization composition containing geraniol or citronellol and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide compounding. The active ingredients of the bactericidal composition provided by the invention consist of geraniol or citronellol (A) and kresoxim-methyl or thifluzamide (B), and the molar ratio of A to B is 5:95-25:75. The antibacterial activity evaluation experiment proves that the composition has obvious synergistic effect on plant diseases caused by rhizoctonia solani and sclerotinia fraseri under a specific proportion, namely, the synergistic coefficient SR is more than 1.5, and the control effect is obviously better than that of a single component. The invention can effectively reduce the dosage of chemical bactericides and delay the development of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, and provides an efficient and low-risk green solution for solving the important plant fungal diseases.

Description
Bactericidal composition containing geraniol or citronellol and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide compounding, and particularly relates to a sterilization composition containing geraniol or citronellol and application thereof. Background Grains, vegetables, melons and fruits, economic forests and the like are all affected by various plant diseases in the planting process, so that serious economic losses are caused. Wherein diseases caused by pathogens such as Rhizoctonia solani (rhizoctonia solani) and Colletotrichum fructicola (sclerotinia fraseri) can cause the growth retardation, yield reduction and quality cracking of crops, and bring about significant loss to agricultural production. Methods for controlling various diseases mainly include agricultural control, biological control and chemical control. The chemical control method is a method for controlling plant diseases by using chemical agents, has the advantages of high efficiency, quick effect, convenient use, high economic benefit and the like, and is the most main method for controlling various diseases. Currently, the number of bactericides widely used for preventing and treating various diseases is dozens. Among them, validamycin, difenoconazole, propiconazole, kresoxim-methyl, thifluzamide and metalaxyl are main bactericides for preventing and treating rice sheath blight. In recent years, with the widespread use of chemical bactericides, the problem of drug resistance of plant pathogenic bacteria is increasingly prominent, resulting in a significant decrease in the control effect of many conventional bactericides such as kresoxim-methyl, thiophanate-methyl, chlorothalonil, tricyclazole, thifluzamide, metalaxyl and the like. The frequent use of single-mechanism bactericides accelerates the emergence of resistant strains, not only increases the cost of administration and environmental stress, but also limits the sustainable development of agriculture. In order to solve the problem of drug resistance, the compounding of active ingredients with different action mechanisms has become an effective strategy. The natural active ingredients derived from plants are compounded with chemical bactericides to realize the effect reduction, the synergy and the resistance delay, and the composition is a hot spot for the development of the current green pesticide. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a novel application of a plant essential oil component as an agricultural sterilization synergistic agent, and aims to solve the problems of plant disease resistance and reduced control effect caused by long-term use of a commercial antimicrobial agent. In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: The bactericidal composition comprises an active ingredient consisting of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is selected from one of geraniol or citronellol, and the component B is selected from one of kresoxim-methyl or thifluzamide. In some embodiments, the molar ratio of component a to component B is from 5:95 to 25:75. In some embodiments, the component a is geraniol and the component B is kresoxim-methyl. In some embodiments, the molar ratio of geraniol to kresoxim-methyl is 15:85 to 25:75. In some embodiments, the component a is citronellol and the component B is kresoxim-methyl. In some embodiments, the molar ratio of citronellol to kresoxim-methyl is from 20:80 to 25:75. In some embodiments, the component a is geraniol and the component B is thifluzamide. In some embodiments, the molar ratio of geraniol to thifluzamide is from 20:80 to 25:75. A method of controlling phytopathogenic fungal diseases comprising applying to a plant, plant seed or growing environment thereof an effective amount of an active ingredient consisting of a component a selected from one of geraniol or citronellol and a component B selected from one of kresoxim-methyl or thifluzamide. In some embodiments, the plant pathogenic fungus is rhizoctonia solani (Rhizoctonia solani) or sclerotinia fruit (Colletotrichum fructicola). Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: (1) The present application for the first time found and demonstrated that the specific combination of "geraniol or citronellol" and "kresoxim-methyl or thifluzamide" is capable of producing a significant synergistic effect (SR > 1.5) on both important plant pathogenic fungi, namely "Rhizoctonia solani" and "Leptospira cinerea", in a molar ratio range of (5:95) to (25:75). The high-efficiency targeting for specific bactericides and specific pathogenic bacteria can effectively delay the development of drug resistance of plant pathogenic bacteria to conventional agricultural bactericides; (2) The synergist can reduce the dosage of chemical pesticides, has stronger sterilization effect, and reduces the residual risks of the chemical pesticides in the e
