Abstract
The invention discloses application of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid in prevention and control of bacterial wilt of plants. According to the invention, 4-hydroxy mandelic acid is dissolved, root irrigation is carried out and added into the root of a tomato plant, so that invasion of bacterial wilt to the root system can be stably resisted, the actual prevention and control effect is practically improved, and the disease prevention and control rate is up to 72% after the 4-hydroxy mandelic acid solution is added, so that the bacterial wilt is obviously prevented and controlled. In addition, 4-hydroxymandelic acid inhibits tomato bacterial wilt by directly inhibiting bacterial wilt and affecting soil microbial community assembly.

- 3. The use according to claim 2, wherein the 4-hydroxymandelic acid is first dissolved in deionized water, formulated at 18-26 ℃ to obtain an aqueous solution of 4-hydroxymandelic acid, and then applied root by root irrigation.
- 4. The use according to claim 2, characterized in that, in the application, root irrigation is carried out 7-14 days after transplanting the young plants.

Background Bacterial wilt is a bacterial disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum (Ralstonia solanacearum), and has the characteristics of rapid onset, hidden transmission, wide host range and large control difficulty, and severely restricts the yield and quality of tomatoes and other solanaceae crops. The germ can survive in soil and plant residues for a long time, and invade a plant vascular bundle system through root system wounds, so that plants are wilted and dead, and great harm is brought to facility agriculture and continuous cropping systems. At present, the production mainly relies on measures such as chemical pesticides, crop rotation and stubble replacement, disease-resistant varieties, soil disinfection and the like for prevention and control, but the chemical agents are easy to generate drug resistance, environmental residues and ecological risks, the breeding period of the disease-resistant varieties is long, and the prevention and control effect of traditional agricultural measures on the diseased fields are limited, so that the development of safe, efficient and environment-friendly biological prevention and control technology has become an important research direction for preventing and controlling tomato bacterial wilt. In recent years, root exudates have played an important role in the protection of plants against pathogenic bacteria. On the one hand, specific components in the root secretion, such as phenols, terpenes and other compounds, can directly act on cell membranes, cell walls or key metabolic pathways of the bacterial wilt bacteria to interfere normal physiological activities of the bacterial wilt bacteria, thereby inhibiting the growth and reproduction of the bacterial wilt bacteria. Meanwhile, root secretions can also indirectly inhibit the growth of bacterial wilt by changing the rhizosphere microbial community structure. The root secretions provide rich carbon sources and energy sources for rhizosphere microorganisms, and can attract and enrich beneficial microorganisms, and the beneficial microorganisms can indirectly inhibit colonization and infection of bacterial wilt bacteria in the rhizosphere by means of producing antibacterial substances, competing ecological niches or inducing plant system resistance and the like. 4-hydroxy mandelic acid is a naturally occurring aromatic hydroxy acid as root secretion, has been widely used in the fields of medicine, cosmetics and fine chemical industry, and exhibits a certain antibacterial activity and biosafety. However, the application of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid in the field of biological control of tomato bacterial wilt in the earlier stage of research is not reported in the related report through the search of the prior art and the research of documents, and the inhibition effect of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid on bacterial wilt and the application value of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid in the control of plant diseases still belong to the blank. Therefore, the exploration of the application potential of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid in tomato bacterial wilt prevention and control is needed, and a new technical approach is provided for green prevention and control of the disease. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the application of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid in prevention and control of bacterial wilt bacteria aiming at the defects of the prior art. Specifically, when in use, the aqueous solution of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid is prepared first, and then the aqueous solution of 4-hydroxy mandelic acid is applied by root irrigation.
