Description

Application of 1-methoxyindole in preventing and treating nematodes and nematicide Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control and plant protection, and in particular relates to application of 1-methoxyindole in control of nematodes and a nematicide. Background Nematode damage has become a key factor in limiting sustainable development of agriculture and forestry. The southern root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne incognita) can infect various crops such as tomatoes, soybeans, cucumbers and the like, form root knots through parasitic root systems, damage the absorption of plants to nutrients and moisture, and lead to 30% -80% yield reduction of the crops. In the aspect of forestry, pine wood nematodes (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) are used as important quarantine pests, and after being infected with pine trees, the pine trees die to cause destructive attack on forest ecosystems, and in addition, the model nematodes represented by caenorhabditis elegans (Caenorhabditis elegans) can provide important theoretical references and technical supports for preventing and controlling plant parasitic nematodes. Current means of nematode control mainly include chemical control, biological control and agricultural control. The agricultural prevention and control (such as rotation and deep ploughing) has complex operation and slow effect, is difficult to adapt to the prevention and control requirements of large-scale planting and forestry, has obvious influence of environmental conditions on biological prevention and control (such as natural enemy microorganisms), has insufficient stability of prevention and control effects, is a main stream prevention and control mode due to quick effect and obvious prevention and control effects, but the traditional chemical nematicide has the characteristics of high toxicity and high residue, is easy to cause environmental pollution of soil or wood, damages ecological balance, is easy to induce nematodes to generate drug resistance after long-term use, and has limited application. Development of a novel nematicide with high efficiency, low toxicity and environmental friendliness becomes a research hotspot in the industry. Indole compounds are used as biological source substances widely existing in the nature, and are gradually applied to the field of pest control due to the advantages of good environmental compatibility, low toxicity and the like. 1-methoxyindole (1-MOI) is a natural metabolite of Metarrhizium anisopliae, and the patent of the invention with the publication number CN 119014415B has proved that the 1-methoxyindole has remarkable repellent and killing activity on sanitary pests such as ticks, ants and the like. However, no report and research has been published about the application of 1-methoxyindole in the prevention and treatment of plant parasitic nematodes. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides an application of 1-methoxyindole in preventing and treating nematodes and a nematicide. The specific technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: in a first aspect, the invention provides the use of 1-methoxyindole for controlling nematodes. Preferably, the nematodes include one or more of caenorhabditis elegans, meloidogyne incognita and pine nematodes. Preferably, the effective application dosage of the 1-methoxyindole is 50-200 mug/cm 3 when the composition is used for preventing and controlling caenorhabditis elegans. Preferably, the effective application dosage of the 1-methoxyindole is 100-1000 mug/cm 3 when the composition is used for preventing and controlling meloidogyne incognita. Preferably, the effective application dosage of the 1-methoxyindole is 100-1000 mug/cm 3 when the compound is used for preventing and controlling pine wood nematodes. Preferably, the 1-methoxyindole is used for preventing and treating nematodes by fumigation. In a second aspect, the present invention provides a nematicide for use in controlling nematodes wherein the active ingredient is 1-methoxyindole. Preferably, the nematicide also comprises an agriculturally or forestry acceptable auxiliary material, and is prepared into wettable powder, water dispersible granules, suspending agents or slow-release granules. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) The invention discovers that the 1-methoxy indole has stronger fumigation activity, and gaseous molecules of the 1-methoxy indole can be effectively diffused and permeated to the hidden hazard part of nematodes. The compound has excellent killing effect on caenorhabditis elegans, meloidogyne incognita and pine wood nematodes, and after the caenorhabditis elegans is treated for a certain time at a proper concentration, the nematode mortality rate can reach 100%, and the control effect is obvious and thorough. (2) 1-Methoxyindole is a natural metabolite from Metarhizium rosenbergii, and belongs to a
