Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide preparations and discloses a pesticide suspending agent formula containing a thickening agent and a production method thereof, wherein the pesticide suspending agent formula comprises, by mass, 8% -12% of pyraclostrobin, 22% -26% of atrazine, 3% -5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% -7% of polycarboxylate dispersant, 2% -4% of sodium lignin sulfonate, 0.9% -1.8% of magnesium aluminum silicate, 3% -6% of ethylene glycol, 1.5% -2.5% of sorbitol, 0.1% -0.3% of sodium benzoate, 0.8% -1.6% of borax, 0.1% -0.4% of defoamer, 0.3% -0.6% of thickening agent and the balance of deionized water, and the prepared pesticide suspending agent can achieve multiple stabilization effects from electrostatic repulsion, steric hindrance to physical barrier of a three-dimensional network through the cooperation of a compound dispersion system which mainly comprises polycarboxylate dispersant and sodium lignin sulfonate and is compounded with the preferred xanthan gum, so that the long-term suspension stability of a pesticide suspending agent finished product is improved, and sedimentation, water and caking phenomena in the storage process are effectively prevented.

Claims (10)
- 1. The pesticide suspending agent formula containing the thickening agent is characterized by comprising, by mass, 8% -12% of pyraclostrobin, 22% -26% of atrazine, 3% -5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% -7% of polycarboxylate dispersant, 2% -4% of sodium lignin sulfonate, 0.9% -1.8% of magnesium aluminum silicate, 3% -6% of ethylene glycol, 1.5% -2.5% of sorbitol, 0.1% -0.3% of sodium benzoate, 0.8% -1.6% of borax, 0.1% -0.4% of defoamer, 0.3% -0.6% of thickening agent and the balance of deionized water.

The pesticide suspension formulation containing the thickener according to claim 1, wherein the pyraclostrobin is a raw material, the content of the active ingredient is more than or equal to 96.6%, the acidity is less than or equal to 0.25%, the moisture is less than or equal to 0.4%, the content of acetone insoluble substances is less than or equal to 0.4%, the content of the active ingredient is more than or equal to 97%, the moisture is less than or equal to 0.8%, and the pH value is in the range of 6.0-8.0.
- 3. A pesticide suspension formulation containing a thickener according to claim 1, wherein said defoamer is selected from one of polyether modified silicone oil, silicone paste defoamer, fatty alcohol defoamer or mineral oil defoamer.
- 4. A pesticide suspension formulation containing a thickener according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is selected from one or two of xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose or polyvinyl alcohol.
- 5. A method of producing a pesticide suspension containing a thickener according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: step one, raw material formula design, namely preparing pyraclostrobin, atrazine, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polycarboxylate dispersant, sodium lignin sulfonate, magnesium aluminum silicate, ethylene glycol, sorbitol, sodium benzoate, borax, defoamer, thickener and deionized water according to a designed formula in a mass ratio; step two, pre-dispersing and mixing, namely primarily mixing the active ingredient, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent and deionized water to form pre-dispersing slurry; Step three, wet grinding, namely carrying out wet circulating grinding on the pre-dispersed slurry to enable the particle size to reach a preset standard, and carrying out next blending on the slurry qualified in grinding; step four, blending and thickening, namely adding a defoaming agent, a thickening agent, ethylene glycol and the rest deionized water into the slurry which is qualified in grinding, and adjusting the rheological property of a final product to obtain a primary finished product of the pesticide suspending agent containing the thickening agent; step five, post-treatment, namely degassing and filtering the primary finished product; and step six, quality inspection and canning, namely, finally inspecting the filtered primary finished product, and after the inspection is qualified, metering and canning in a clean environment by using an automatic filling machine to prepare the qualified pesticide suspending agent containing the thickener.

The method for producing a thickener-containing pesticidal suspension according to claim 5, wherein the step two is a pre-dispersion mixing operation: s2.1, charging and premixing, namely adding deionized water with the formula amount of 70% -80% into a preparation tank, starting a stirrer, sequentially adding ethylene glycol, sorbitol, sodium benzoate and borax at the rotating speed of 300-400rpm, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved; S2.2, dispersing a surfactant, namely, stirring, namely, sequentially adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polycarboxylate dispersant and sodium lignin sulfonate, and stirring for 11-15 minutes to form a uniform and transparent auxiliary aqueous solution; S2.3, adding active ingredients, namely sequentially adding pyraclostrobin and atrazine raw medicines in a stirring state with the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and the rotating speed of 1000-1100rpm, and shearing and dispersing for 18-25 minutes by using a high-speed shearing emulsifying machine until uniform slurry without obvious large particles is formed.
- 7. A method of producing a thickener-containing pesticidal suspension according to claim 5, wherein: and in the third step, wet grinding operation: S3.1, grinding preparation, namely transferring the pre-dispersed slurry into a feed tank of a sand mill, selecting zirconia beads with the diameter of 1-1.2mm as grinding media according to the target particle diameter, and filling the grinding media into 70% -80% of the volume of a grinding cavity of the sand mill; S3.2, circularly grinding, namely starting a sand mill, preheating for 30-40min, controlling the material flow and the temperature of cooling water of a grinding cavity to circularly grind for 2-4 times, and sampling and detecting the particle size every 20-30 min; S3.3, controlling the particle size, namely monitoring the particle size of the slurry by using a laser particle size analyzer until the particle size is less than or equal to 5 mu m and the maximum particle size is less than or equal to 12 mu m, namely, the grinding is up to the standard.

The method for producing a thickener-containing pesticide suspension according to claim 5, wherein the circulating grinding conditions in S3.2 are that the flow rate of the materials is controlled to be 1-1.2m3/h, and the temperature of cooling water in the grinding cavity is controlled to be 8-18 ℃ so that the discharge temperature is not higher than 45 ℃.

The method for producing a pesticide suspension containing a thickener according to claim 5, wherein the blending and thickening operations in the fourth step are: s4.1, adding an auxiliary agent later for mixing, namely transferring the slurry reaching the grinding standard into a blending tank, and adding a formula amount of defoaming agent at the stirring speed of 200-300 rpm; S4.2, preparing and adding a thickening agent, namely preparing a colloidal solution from the thickening agent, glycol and the rest deionized water in a formula amount under high-speed stirring at 1000-1200rpm, keeping the stirring speed of a blending tank, and dropwise adding the colloidal solution into slurry containing the defoaming agent at the temperature of 20-35 ℃; S4.3, regulating the system, namely continuously stirring for 30-45 minutes after the addition is finished, detecting and regulating the pH value of the system to 7-8, sampling and detecting the primary viscosity, and measuring the viscosity at 22-25 ℃ to control the viscosity to be in a range of 300-800 mPa.s.

The method for producing a thickener-containing pesticidal suspension according to claim 5, wherein the post-treatment operation in the fifth step is: S5.1, defoaming and degassing, namely standing and ageing the blended primary finished product for 1.5-3.5 hours, stirring at a low speed of 10-20rpm, and degassing for 1-2 hours by adopting a vacuum degassing device with the vacuum degree of-0.04 to-0.06 MPa; s5.2, filtering, namely filtering the defoamed and degassed primary finished product through a 100-200 mesh screen to completely remove fragments or impurities of the grinding medium.

Background Suspending agents (SC) are favored as an environmentally friendly aqueous pesticide formulation because they are dust-free, safe to use, and have high bioactivity. The core challenge is to ensure that the solid active ingredient is suspended in water for a long period of time and stably without sedimentation, caking or crystallization. In the prior art, the formulation and production of pesticide suspending agents are mostly dependent on empirical fumbling. In addition, the lack of strict control over physicochemical indexes of key raw materials (such as raw medicines) also affects the stability and reproducibility among batches. Therefore, the pesticide suspending agent which has scientific formula, controllable process and good suspension stability and use performance and the production method thereof are developed, and the pesticide suspending agent has important practical significance. Preferably, the pyraclostrobin is a raw material, the content of active ingredients is more than or equal to 96.6%, the acidity is less than or equal to 0.25%, the moisture is less than or equal to 0.4%, the content of acetone insoluble matters is less than or equal to 0.4%, the content of active ingredients is more than or equal to 97%, the moisture is less than or equal to 0.8%, and the pH value is in the range of 6.0-8.0. Preferably, the defoamer is selected from one of polyether modified silicone oil, organic silicon paste defoamer, aliphatic alcohol defoamer or mineral oil defoamer.
