CN-122004259-A - Pesticide combination for preventing and treating root-knot nematode and application method thereof
Abstract
The application belongs to the technical field of biological pesticides, and provides a pesticide composition for preventing and treating root knot nematodes and an application method thereof. The application discovers that the water extract of common waste eichhornia crassipes can effectively improve the anti-nematode effect of abamectin, especially low-concentration abamectin, and can greatly reduce the dosage/concentration of abamectin when being matched with abamectin for use, thereby realizing remarkable environmental protection benefit.

Description
Pesticide combination for preventing and treating root-knot nematode and application method thereof Technical Field The application belongs to the technical field of biological pesticides, and particularly provides a pesticide composition for preventing and treating root-knot nematodes and an application method thereof. Background Root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne) are highly specialized omnivorous plant pathogenic nematodes that can harm a variety of crops including tobacco, cucumber, peanut, radish, cabbage, and the like. The root system of the damaged plant is weakened, white root nodules appear, and the crop growth and the agricultural product production are seriously affected. Root knot nematodes grow in shallow soil and are difficult to find by the naked eye. Often overwintering occurs in the form of eggs and invades young root tissue of plants in the form of second-instar larvae in spring. The deep ploughing treatment of soil can alleviate the root-knot nematode disease, but the effect is not obvious, and pesticides such as abamectin, fosthiazate and the like are often used for stirring or root irrigation in the production. With the technological development and the change of regulations, the toxicity and the damage to soil of the pesticides are low, but the long-term application still has adverse effects on soil, surrounding water environment, beneficial insects and the like, and the continuous need for reducing the pesticide dosage still exists in the field. Eichhornia crassipes (Pontederia crassipes/Eichhornia crassipes) is also called water hyacinth, is native to south-central america, and has medicinal, environmental protection, feeding, fertilizer use and other values. After the water hyacinth is introduced into China in the beginning of the 20 th century, the water hyacinth bursts in a plurality of water areas of China due to low requirement on the growth environment and lack of competition, so that the problems of serious blockage of water transportation, damage to local animals and plants, water eutrophication and the like are caused. The main mode of the current water hyacinth burst is salvage, and the main utilization mode of the current salvaged water hyacinth only has one preparation of organic fertilizer because of the high-cost special treatment of the utilization modes of feeding, papermaking and the like. The ecological competitiveness of eichhornia crassipes is largely derived from components which contain anti-microalgae and insect, and the utilization of the extract thereof for developing pesticides is an effective way for fully utilizing the same. Disclosure of Invention In one aspect, the application provides a pesticide combination for preventing and controlling root knot nematodes, which comprises an avermectin preparation and an eichhornia crassipes water extract. Further, the avermectin preparation is 2-10% of avermectin liquid preparation. Further, the avermectin preparation is 2% avermectin liquid preparation. Further, the preparation method of the water extract of the eichhornia crassipes comprises the following steps: (1) Draining water from Eichhornia crassipes, and pulverizing to obtain Eichhornia crassipes fragments; (2) Adding eichhornia crassipes chips into water with the weight 2-4 times of the wet weight of the eichhornia crassipes chips, and stirring and extracting at 85-95 ℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain an extraction mixture; (3) Filtering the extract mixture, and centrifuging at 800-1200g for 5-15 min to obtain water extract of Eichhornia crassipes.
