Description

Application of atractylenolide III in preparation of sensing quencher for Serratia liquefaciens population Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to application of atractylenolide III in preparation of a serratia liquefaciens quorum sensing quencher. Background Serratia liquefaciens is a common food-borne spoilage bacterium, and often causes spoilage of meat, aquatic products and the like, so that bacteriostasis research in the food field is most concentrated, and as antibiotics are widely used clinically, the drug resistance generated by bacteria is gradually enhanced, so that the sensitivity of the antibiotics to pathogenic bacteria is continuously reduced, and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the bacteria can be changed, so that the bacteria generate originally unavailable characteristics, such as drug permeability disorder, drug inactivating enzyme generation, biofilm formation and the like, thereby reducing the action of the antibiotics. At present, antibiotic resistance has become a global serious public health problem. In recent years, bacterial Quorum Sensing (QS) systems have become an important target for the study of novel drug-resistant bacteria drugs. QS is a means of intracellular or intercellular signaling in bacteria to control and coordinate overall bacterial population behavior by monitoring the concentration of certain signaling molecules (also known as auto-inducing molecules) such as homoserine lactones (acyl-homoserine lactone, AHL), which together respond to environmental stimuli, greatly enhancing the viability of the overall bacterial population. Pathogenicity of pathogenic bacteria is regulated by QS, the QS system effects its pathogenicity by mediating expression of disease genes. When the pathogen density reaches a certain degree, the pathogen synthesizes and releases a certain signal molecule, can start the expression of related genes, and regulate various biological behaviors of the pathogen, such as bioluminescence, toxin generation, biofilm formation, antibiotic generation and the like. Thus, the search for drugs that inhibit the quorum sensing system is a problem to be solved by researchers in the field. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to prepare the application of the drug for inhibiting the bacterial quorum sensing system of Serratia liquefaciens, which is used for providing the drug for inhibiting the bacterial quorum sensing system, so that the toxicity of pathogenic bacteria is weakened on the premise of not inhibiting the growth of the pathogenic bacteria.
