Description

Application of loach G-type lysozyme rMa-LysG in preparation of loach culture feed additive Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture feed additives, relates to novel application of G-type lysozyme in preparing aquaculture feed additives, and in particular relates to application of loach G-type lysozyme rMa-LysG in preparing loach aquaculture feed additives. Background With the large-scale and intensive development of the aquaculture industry, loaches serve as high-quality aquaculture varieties, and the cultivation scale is continuously enlarged. However, in the high-density culture mode, loaches are easily affected by environmental stress and pathogenic bacteria infection, so that the growth performance is obviously reduced (such as weight gain rate is reduced and feed conversion rate is reduced), the problems of meat quality deterioration such as muscle fiber structure change and flavor substance loss are also caused, and the quality improvement and synergy of loach culture industry are seriously restricted. Therefore, the development of safe and efficient technical means synchronously realizes the improvement of the growth performance and the meat quality in the loach culture process, and becomes a research hotspot and urgent need in the fields of aquaculture and food industry. At present, the healthy aquaculture technology of aquatic animals mainly comprises feed additive regulation and control, chemical preservative treatment and the like. The feed additive regulating technology can improve the meat quality of the cultured animals to a certain extent, but has the defects of unstable action effect, poor pertinence and the like. The lysozyme is taken as natural alkaline protease, has various biological activities such as antibiosis, anti-inflammatory, antioxidation and the like, has no toxic or side effect and high safety, and has good application potential in the fields of medical health, food industry application and aquaculture and agriculture. The C-type lysozyme and the G-type lysozyme are research hotspots, wherein the C-type lysozyme is mainly derived from egg white, has the widest application, has realized large-scale production by a gene recombination technology, and has strong demands in the fields of food preservation, medicine and the like. G is a key immune factor for disease control in aquaculture, has broad antibacterial spectrum, participates in innate immune response, is an important component of the innate immune system of the organism, can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, and can influence the formation of muscle quality by regulating the metabolism of the organism. The patent literature of CN202111430200.7 discloses application of deep-sea g-type lysozyme, in particular application of the deep-sea g-type lysozyme in preparation of a sterilizing preparation, wherein the deep-sea g-type lysozyme is recombinant protein obtained by expression in escherichia coli, and the recombinant g-type lysozyme is used for sterilization. Patent literature of CN201110420479.0 discloses a Mytilus edulis G-type lysozyme gene, recombinant protein and application thereof, gene fragments encoding the G-type lysozyme mature peptide are amplified by a PCR technology and cloned into a pET21 (a) expression vector, and prokaryotic recombinant expression in vitro is realized in escherichia coli BL21 (DE 3) plysS. The recombinant product has a certain inhibition effect on various gram-positive and gram-negative pathogenic bacteria, wherein the effect of pseudomonas putida is most remarkable, and the minimum antibacterial concentration is 2.39-4.79 mu mol/L. Provides a foundation for further researching the immune defense mechanism of economic shellfish and lays a foundation for disease control, genetic breeding and feed additives of aquatic animals. However, none of the above patent documents relates to the use of G-type lysozyme for improving loach growth performance and improving meat quality in loach culture. At present, the report of the application of loach source G-type lysozyme (rMa-LysG) in improving loach meat quality is not seen in the prior art, and the technical scheme of synchronously applying single lysozyme resource to the improvement of growth performance and meat quality regulation in the cultivation process is also lacking, so that the application value of natural active substances is not fully excavated, and the urgent requirements of the aquaculture industry on efficient and multifunctional natural cultivation technology cannot be met. Based on the method, natural active material resources of fish sources are excavated, and the dual application technology of the natural active material resources in improving growth performance and improving meat quality is developed, so that the method has important theoretical significance and practical application value. Therefore, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior
