Description
Yak feed containing anisodamine and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of yak feeds, in particular to a yak feed containing anisodamine and a preparation method thereof. Background The yak breeding in the alpine region is a core industry of local animal husbandry, but the low-temperature environment causes the increase of the metabolism rate of the yaks and the increase of the energy consumption, and meanwhile, the pasture resources are deficient and the nutrition is single, so that the problems of slow growth, weight reduction (fat loss), low feed conversion rate and the like of the yaks generally occur, and the breeding economic benefit is seriously influenced. According to statistics, average fat loss rate of yaks in the alpine region in winter reaches 15-20%, and partial regions even exceed 30%, so that huge losses are caused to herders. In the prior art, feed research and development aiming at the problem of overwintering growth of yaks focuses on basic nutrition supplementation, such as increasing energy and protein raw material proportion of corns, bean pulp and the like, for example, chinese patent CN120584981A discloses a cold-season yak supplementary feeding granule material, a supplementary feeding method and application thereof, and by adding yeast fermentation materials and scientific proportioning, the yaks are ensured to be comprehensively supported in different growth stages, and meanwhile, high-energy nutrition components can be provided to compensate a large amount of energy consumed by the yaks in the growth process, so that the yaks can be more efficiently converted into meat when the yaks ingest the same amount of feed, and further the growth speed and the production benefit of the yaks are improved. However, the prior art has the problems that the fermented product is used as an additive for preparing the feed, the preparation process is complex, the production cost is high, the requirements on environmental equipment are strict, and the production and the use are limited. Anisodamine is used as a common plant in alpine regions, and is often used as a feeding additive for yaks by herders, so that the anisodamine is an ideal material for preparing yak feeds. However, anisodamine is used as a yak feed which is mostly derived from the experiences of mouth-mouth transmission of herdsmen, and the combination ratio of the anisodamine and other feeding materials is not researched scientifically, so that the development of the yak feed containing anisodamine, which is scientific in formula and capable of improving the feeding effect of yaks, is needed. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the lack of the yak feed containing anisodamine in the prior art, the invention provides the yak feed containing anisodamine and a preparation method thereof, and the specific technical scheme is as follows: A yak feed containing anisodamine comprises, by weight, 20-25% of corn, 60-63% of oat hay, 10-15% of anisodamine stem and leaf, 1-2% of soybean meal, 0.5-1% of calcium hydrophosphate and 4-5% of premix. Further, the yak feed comprises the following components, by weight, 22.5% of corn, 60.88% of oat hay, 10.74% of anisodamine, 1.38% of soybean meal, 0.5% of calcium hydrophosphate and 4% of premix. Further, the yak feed comprises the following components, by weight, 21.28% of corn, 63.62% of oat hay, 10.0% of anisodamine, 0.60% of soybean meal, 0.5% of calcium hydrophosphate and 4% of premix. Further, the yak feed comprises the following components, by weight, 19.98% of corn, 62.32% of oat hay, 12.50% of anisodamine, 0.70% of soybean meal, 0.5% of calcium hydrophosphate and 4% of premix. Further, the premix comprises calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chlorine, sulfur, iron, copper, manganese, zinc, selenium, iodine, cobalt, vitamins A, D, E, K, B, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, amino acid lysine, methionine, tryptophan, threonine, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), magnesium oxide, probiotics, cellulase, an antioxidant and a mildew preventive. Further, the soybean meal is any one of 43% soybean meal and 46% soybean meal. Further, the energy content of the yak feed is 10-12 MJ/kg. The invention also provides a preparation method of the yak feed containing anisodamine, which comprises the following steps: Step one, drying anisodamine stem leaves and oat hay, cutting into granules, and crushing corn and soybean meal into powder; and step two, uniformly stirring and mixing the granule material, the powdery material, the premix and the calcium hydrophosphate to obtain a mixture, and placing the mixture into a feed machine to prepare feed particles. Further, the moisture content of anisodamine stem leaves and oat hay after drying is less than or equal to 5%, and the particle size is 1.5-2.5 mm.
